This place has horrible service not to mention the food was so greasy my carne asada fries were cold and the guacamole sauce was nasty . When i asked if i can get fresh fries i was ignored. i feel like the girl was racist. I wouldn't recommend this Alberto's. I only put 5 stars so more people can be aware of this poor franchise that gives Alberto's a bad name.

The staff at Alberto’s are so friendly and always provide excellent service. I come here for lunch almost everyday and everything on the menu is delicious. It doesn’t take too long to get your order either and each item on the menu is affordable. I would highly recommend this place! You won’t regret it.

I've been eating at Albertos for over 20 years! They usually have yummy food! This is my first time at the Victoria Gardens location. It was quite the shock. I had to ask the cook to wear gloves. I couldn't believe what I was seeing! It truly grossed me out!!!! He was fumbling around while cooking He was messing with his earpod, and talking on his phone all while cooking. I insisted he wore gloves when he made my order. I definitely will not be back! LOL!!!!!!!! Craziness!

I'll get straight to why we all ever go to any Albertos.Compared to other Albertos the fries in the carne asada fries were way too soggy, especially for using thin fries. Even the ones that weren't coated in the toppings were soggy. The flavor was good. However, they use way fewer toppings than other locations. Skimped heavily on the meat. The salsa bar is great since you get to pour your own salsa and get as much of it as you want.It's carne asada fries from Albertos, so you're still gonna enjoy them cause they can't be horrible. However, out of the many locations I've tried, this is my least enjoyable Albertos experience so far.TL;DRSoggy fries no good. Edible, but go to other Albertos if possible.
I ate at this location in the Victoria Gardens Food Court. The fish tacos and beans were decent. The fish itself was just fair, but all the other ingredients were very good. The tortillas were fresh. A good sized lunch cost $16ish.

easily the worst albertos ive been too. ordered nachos, a burrito and a torta. stale, sloppy and just plain dissapointed honestly....geeez im in soo disbelief how bad it is
