I’ve known about this bakery for a little while and we finally made our way to it. This place exceeded our expectations with their quality. The first time we went, we bought champurrado, conchitas, and cookies. The fluffy conchitas are the best I’ve had around here. They’re not dry or crumbly. The cookies were tasty and pair up perfectly with the amazing champurrado. The second time, we bought pork, chicken, and rajas tamales. The tamale size is huge and the quality of the maza is superb. Fluffy maza and generous amount of protein inside. They’ve gained a loyal customer.

I really like their champurrado and their tamales are delicious. But it's frustrating that everytime I go in to buy some of their filled bolillos they only have the ones with pepperoni. I feel more people enjoy the ones without the pepperoni but they seem to only make very few a day and they're always out. I mentioned it to the employee and she said well they all sell by the end of the day. Which is great but obviously they only buy them because that's all there is. I don't know but they should make more of what is actually selling out daily.

Bread is so delicious and fresh and the service is amazing. I highly recommend this panadería. Check it out if you are looking for traditional pan dulce.

It was fine, not much variety. I arrived about 8am and the pan dulce was not very fresh and most of the variety was gone. Pan Dulce doesn't taste as good when it's not fresh.

Champurrado had the perfect balance of chocolate and masa. Pan dulce was average/good, comparable to any other Mexican bakery. However, there are no other Mexican bakeries in the vicinity and that's part of what makes this place so special! If it was in Fontana, or Pomona, it'd be just another bakery with good Mexican bread.

Great local panadería/bakery in Rancho. I have purchased conchas, atole, pan de muerto (during November), and a rosca de reyes during January. Everything was made nicely with quality and all tasty. The bakery is decorated lively and always looks clean. They sell tamales and other baked goods and drinks as well that I have yet to try. Service is friendly everyone u have called or popped in to make a purchase.

Incredible prices and I love that everything I've tried is absolutely delicious. It's a family owned restaurant where you feel immediate comfort as soon as you're welcomed by the fresh baked bread scent. I love the self-service option, but there is also food you can purchase behind the counter. I wish I had taken pictures of what I purchased as everything was delicious.
