Ordered 3 gingerbread lattes and 1 tea. The lavender mint tea was good. The coffees tasted like they had sugar free syrup in them. The coffees overall were not good. It didn’t have a good strong coffee taste at all.

This is a family owned business and you can definitely feel it by how kind and welcoming the owners and entire staff are. They have a very warm wholesome sense of commuity, and the customer service is always on point. Their teas and coffee are delicious, varied, and reasonably priced. They also have a wonderful sugarfree menu that changes to new exciting flavors every month. In this they have far surpass any other coffee shop I've tried. Their paninis are fresh made to order, quick and tasty. The shop is beautiful and the atmosphere always inviting. Definitely drop by this place if you are in the area.
I highly recommend trying something off their sugarfree menu. If that isn't your jam, their lavender and horchata lattes are great, and their raspberry hibiscus tea is so refreshing.

Parking: The retail parking area is small and they have assigned parking spots, so that can be difficult on busy days, but parking is free and there is plenty of street parking nearby.

The service, drinks and food were amazing! The atmosphere was very cute and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that there was no air conditioning. I wanted to stay longer but it was incredibly hot inside. Also it is very difficult to find parking here.

We come from far but if we're ever in the area, we make sure to come here 50 percent of the time. Impressive food and drinks for such a small little place.

My latte was great and the ambience is super cute! Only complaint is that there are only two parking spots out front, otherwise you have to go find a spot across/down the street.

Came here for the first time, try to order but after 5 minutes the girl that works there didn't even greet us. She was minding her business and we were standing just in front of her, so we left.

Drinks were great. Rose latte could use a little more sweetness for my liking. Cute place, not crowded or super busy like Stabucks, Went on a Saturday a.m and was able to chit chat with my sis, for like 3 hours uninterrupted. Definitely coming back!

Came to check this place out. Very cute and clean set up. Loved the atmosphere however did not like what I ordered.. I got the caramel iced latte with oat milk. Horrible taste , I knew it wasn’t going to be good from just looking at the color.

The customer service was great but the coffee not so much. I ordered a mocha Frappuccino and I had to pay extra for the coffee in my drink because the mocha Frappuccino doesn't come with coffee in it. I found this very disappointing because without the coffee it's just a blended chocolate milk but on top of that the coffee didn't taste good. It had a very bad after taste and I didn't even finish all of my drink because it wasn't enjoyable. I wouldn't recommend their coffee but the idea of apartment coffee is cute, they are just missing the coffee part. If you are looking for a good cup of coffee I recommend rads coffee in downtown upland. Thank you
