The food took forever and was cold when arrived. My GF returned her food for a refund. Will not be coming back. Unbelievable how bad it was

There was a homeless person in the building which made me and my family supper uncomfortable…we got out table and got our order in. An hour later still no food!! I ordered a grilled cheese cheeseburger with fries annd soup. I then got this monstrosity of a plate while I saw others plates perfect. And Our food was cold and it was terrible. Do not eat here!!!

Worst Applebee's. Came here on a show Saturday late night. Tons of tables open but still had to wait 30 min to be seated just to wait another 20 without being asked anything by the server. No drink order of even an an acknowledgement. Got tired of waiting over 45 min to even place a drink order. Won't ever go back

I visited there for veterans Day the point isn't that it was a free meal but if you're going to feed somebody can it at least be a good steak instead of something chewy that I had to spit out

I love this location. Manny is literally the best server and is always quick, attentive, smiling. and cheerful. We never wait long when it’s a busier night and our food is always delicious. We come here often and will continue to do so and ask to sit in Mannys section. 🥰

I did not like this location. Our waitress took forever to come back and we were celebrating our friend's birthday and I asked her to bring them the free dessert that they usually offer and she never came back for it so we had to leave. I was so sad for our friends.

From the moment I walked in, the service was nothing short of spectacular. I was seated immediately, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests , even putting on the baseball game for me. Throughout my meal, I noticed how attentive they were to every guest, not just me, which speaks volumes about their dedication to great service.

My visit here wasn’t planned, but I’m so glad I made the decision to have dinner. It was the perfect way to enjoy my Friday night after a long, hard week. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you to Ana my server and the hard working staff who put on the game for me abiah

I'm not an Applebees guy but decided to go to it as it was the closest to me during the national wings day. I sat at the bar I wanted to the deal their online system wasn't working and the deal coupon wasn't working either not on the website nor on DoorDash. The manager honored the deal and worked things out the wings are good and filling
