First off I’m very disappointed in the experience I had. I ordered a CHOCOLATE muffin for my daughter and when they called me up they said “sorry we don’t have blueberry muffins anymore” I said my daughter wants a chocolate one anyways they said they’d get me the chocolate muffin instead but that wasn’t the problem they proceeded to tell each other right in front of me how they were so confused and started talking about me behind the counter. Not MY fault you didn’t take my order correctly.

Basically, if you don't like your drink, suck it up. If I could rate zero stars, I would. The worker who makes the drinks in the back absolutely refused to make me a new one. Horrible customer service from her. I have never had a problem here before but I realize now that it's because I've ever interacted with this person. She was very rude and snarky. I don't think I'll be going back. One person can really ruin an entire business.

Really good coffee in my opinion better than you typical Starbucks I would always support a small business over big corporations. Been there a couple times in the early morning 7-7:30 lady’s at the front could be a little more welcoming but there not rude neither just a little on the business only side but other than that place is great and I recommend them over any franchise out there

I like to support local cafés, but I was disappointed with my last visit to Bad Ass I ordered a large americano, but it didn’t seem to be prepared using the espresso machine. An americano should be a fresh shot of espresso with hot water added. Instead, it looked like it came from the brew dispenser, and I never heard the grinder or espresso machine in use. On top of that, the cup had no crema at all, and there were coffee grounds at the bottom, which shouldn’t happen with a properly pulled espresso. The difference between brewed coffee and a true americano really matters. I hope they can pay closer attention to how drinks are made, maybe the redhead can also drop the condescending tone when clients ask about preperation.
