I am not from Cali. I travelled to Victorville for work and love to try local coffee at places that I travel too. This place has great service and great coffee. Definitely recommend.

I went in there for my caffeine fix and decided to go with the iced shaken lavender espresso...yummy. Service was great, and the young woman taking my order was wearing a Britney Spears, which I loved!!
Okay, so I went in and I was pretty excited to try it. I asked her what she recommended and she requested a banana chocolate coffee flavor. I said, “okay, I’ll give it a shot, I guess.” I tried and told her that I wasn’t a fan and asked to swap it out for a different flavor and she said, “The drink flavor you choose is what you get.” I was confused so I asked what she meant. She said, “I’m the owner. I decided that we don’t swap drinks out here.” So I asked,” Even when I only took one sip. On your recommendation? And you didn’t tell me that I couldn’t swap it out if I don’t like it? So I’m screwed?” She said, “Yeah, basically.” She was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. I understand being a small business owner and having your policies, but she recommended the drink and there isn’t a policy posted. Also, she said it really rude. If I was in her position, I’d have said something along the lines of, “I’m so sorry. I wish I could do that for you, but that is against our policy.” I wouldn’t have been so salty. But that manager was rude. And her drinks are terrible.

Inconsistent - maybe you get a fantastic latte, and maybe you get flavored warm milk. Can't stand the feeling of having bought a latte I hate, so I avoid it altogether.
