It was quiet and the server was friendly and helpful. I got a sample of the ice blended base and went with the hazelnut iced latte. The bottom of it was warm which I didn't really like but just a stir and that was fixed but my ice melted. Wonder why they don't refrigerate the expresso. I asked for a little more hazelnut syrup. Today was my first time trying this establishment. Cons: The location is small and awkward to navigate when busy. Pros: Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, service is an obvious priority, and most importantly, coffee is fire ?
