The negative reviews come from disorganized and indecisive individuals who have no respect for someone else's time. Pay the deposit promptly, follow the instructions and have mutual respect. I ordered a cake for my son’s baby shower best customer service ever!!! Christine called me instead of having me order online without having a conversation about what was needed. Christine was very nice, polite and very helpful with helping me to decide what I wanted in a cake. My cake was beyond my expectations!!! My cake was beautiful and most importantly my cake was Delicious! Thanks so much for making our baby shower extra special!

Bake My Day made an exact replica of the 'Mad Science' Inspiration cake we requested! Not only was the cake extremely beautiful, it was moist and delicious!! It's tough to find a cake that's both esthetically pleasing and tasty but they nailed it! Our party guests (and the birthday boy) were pleased!

I gave it 1 star because they don't have a 0. cake tasted bad, dry and Noone liked it. I feel bad for the birthday girl cause she didn't even touch it. somthing was odd about the taste. not sure what was it. Never going there again..it was my first time and it will be my last time there!!!!if you can't make something good please be honest and don't make it. it's not worth the money either!!!!!

I was a returning customer. I had a big order from her few years ago and recommended her to my friends. But recently I was in a hurry and decided to go back to her for a small cake. Her attitude seems like she is doing a charity and not getting paid. She needs to learn customer service before doing anything. One arrogant impatient lady with bad attitude. She only values herself and nobody else's schedule. This lady should be out of business.

She is AWFUL. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m surprised she’s still in business!!! My cake was NOT at all what I asked for! I sent pics of color palette that I wanted and she used totally different colors! Just awful and she really doesn’t care!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. From organization, to way of talking to clients, to NOT REFUNDING DEPOSIT AS PROMISED. I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday, everything was set until Kindra told me she won't make it on time 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE TIME WAS SCHEDULED. My husband was already arriving to the pick up destination when she called me after not understanding my ??simple messages??? and then yelled at me and was the most disrespectful person I have ever dealed with in my life. She even texted me again saying that she did make the cake but she won't give it to me and I deserve not having the cake + my daugther and it's on me etc etc. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

I was looking for baby shower cake. I got quote from her. As it mentions in the website they require $40 deposit. The deposit is non refundable. I talked a girl named Christine. She was very rude while talking to me. I asked her regarding the cake flavors. I asked her if there is extra charge for flavor. She replied arrogantly saying look at the website. She said whichever flavor I want sent her text so she can give me price for flavor. She should have responded nicely and politely. Also, I ask if she has French Macrons and cake pops. She said the other locations has it. She told I will have to order with them and I can pick up cake and cake pops pick up at same location. So typically you have to pay $80 for deposits. You are paying double deposit which is non refundable. She neither apologized that she was being rude. She didn’t care about customer service. She just wanted orders. She so impatient. She needs to learn how to do customer service than business. I would never recommend her.

Christine has GREAT customer service skills & they got it down to every detail for my 40th BLAC Oscars birthday party. My cake was 3 tier, 3 flavors, beautiful & delicious according to my guest!!! Definitely recommend & they're my GO TO for cakes now!
