I've made a few attempts to call and speak with someone for a couple of questions. Each time, they pick up and immediately hang up. This is not good service

This was such a waste of money!!! Purchased 2 cupcake sundaes and they were disgusting? the ice cream was old and tasted like freezer burn and the cupcakes were stale. An awful experience all together. The pictures on line are nothing at all like the actual bakery. The two employees were chit chatting away the entire time, very unprofessional!

Got a vegan cupcake and a regular cupcake and it was not good at all. A waste of money as I could have got Ralph’s cupcakes which taste much better. The vegan cupcake was so bad. I would not recommend this bakery.

Went there and bought Ube taho and halo halo. (I previously ordered their cupcakes via Grubhub.) The taho was good. I wish they included sago (tapioca) as commonly done in the Philippines. Halo Halo had leche flan base and Ube ice cream topping. (You have options on base and ice cream topping.) It was good. No complaints - other than pricing. This is not your typical Filipino restaurant or bakery. Think Sprinkles with a Filipino twist. I wouldn't go here on a regular basis, but would if I wanted a treat.

Absolutely love there cupcakes but the cookies on the other hand are horrible! Don’t get a cookie! It has no flavor at all and tastes more like plain cake than anything.

The Oreo cookie was not worth $5. I took a bite and threw it out. Very disappointing. The flavor was like a gross shortbread flavor and didn’t taste like Oreo. The texture wasn’t good. I had it warmed up, and that didn’t even help. I will not be going back. Costco has wayyy better cookies. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Used to really like this bakery.. such a shame they raised their prices while dropping the quality. Employees are always so clueless or give the vibe they don’t even. Save your hard earned money, even Costco and Sam’s have better quality. I mean just look at the recent reviews even on Yelp.

My friends love this place. The ube cheesecake cupcakes are amazing. I got 7 mini ones for around $20Crème brule is toasted for you. $3 for small $5 for large. Buy 6 and I think you get one free. They had mocha, pandan, turon, strawberry cheesecake, matcha. All good. And the mini cupcakes are perfect size too share or give as gifts.Inside is a small space. Didn’t look like a place to sit and hangout. More grab and go.They have drinks too.
