Giving this place a low review due to the LACK OF CLEANLINESS.. I walked in at 7:15 PM on 05/09/25 to buy a milkshake and the place was a disaster! Papers, napkins, cone crumbs ALL over the entire floor. No customer was in the store. There were 3 employed present. I remarked as I was looking down at the floor, “Wow! You must have been busy today!” Expecting one of the 3 employees to grab a broom & start cleaning.Did not happen! Employees replied, “Yes, it was really busy today.” They were Clueless As I kept looking down at the floor!! No manager was available to talk to, they had left for the day. I called today and spoke to an assistant manager & relayed my experience in the store the evening before. First reply to me in a very nice tone, “We were really busy yesterday & we are training new people.” I further relayed as a CUSTOMER, I thought twice about ordering anything when I walked in & there were 3 employees in the store with no customers and they were to stay open 3 more hours. Assistant manager then replied and would speak to the employees.
Store owner if your reading this, as a custorner curtesy CLEAN UP YOUR STORE!

Workers/Owner are super chill, not sure what happened in the past but it’s usually empty and always amazing to go to, and quick too. Never really had a bad experience with this parlor or anything. I think they got a new manager based on the recent reviews, so don’t worry.
One of my favorite ice cream spots in the city. Always have a great variety of flavors and the staff is always super helpful and nice. Definitely recommend trying Mom's Making Cookies flavor.

Health Concern! Ordered a banana split tonight, I walked in, the girl was on her phone, she put it down wiped her right hand with her pants then pealed the banana with her bare hands and touching the banana to fix it in the container with her bare hands. Asked to re-do it, then the guy used gloves! They know the right thing to do but they chose to ignore it! Never go back!!!

We had a horrible customer service experience at this location, we ordered a banana royale and a chocolate fudge reese's sundae and they were both delivered with barely any ice cream or toppings on them literally the cups were not even half full. When we told the owners daughter about them she acknowledged that they weren't made correctly and that there was barely any ice cream in them but that a new employee had made them and that she wasn't about to waste money or time by remaking other ones so we could just leave, literally that's what happened and she was extremely rude and combative about it. This is a mistake THEY made and that she acknowledged but she absolutely refused to make it right . WORST customer service EVER don't give this place your business they don't deserve it instead support other local ice cream shops in the area that value your business this place does not.
