I bought the Dubai chocolate ice cream bar, and all it was, was pistachio ice cream covered in chocolate. It had nothing of Dubai ingredients in it. False advertisement.

We normally go to the upland and the ice cream is always hard.I don't come to thirty one flavors to get a soft serve. Today I got a very soft soft ice cream wonder About the refrigeration. Cone was stale. They Overloaded the ice cream and because it was so soft that before we even got out the doors It started dripping that really took me off. Try calling the store and she said she had a big line.I just ask for the store number So I can go online and ask for a refund for one single cone.She said she didn't know the store number and she didn't know what I was talking about.Very poorly trained or a very smart being dumb. If you like soft ice cream , this is the place I like my ice cream hard. Waste of money.

I bought an ice cream cake on Tuesday and I was so upset because the ice cream cake was mostly chocolate cake with hardly any cookies and cream ice cream. And to top it off, whoever made the cake put an orange sherbet mini ice cream cone on top of the cake like why? Does sherbet, chocolate cake and Oreo ice cream go together? and when I cut the cake there were gaps between the ice cream and cake. Please do better especially when we pay $23-$45 for a cake. I would not recommend this particular location. It’s not worth it for the price!

I came on December 12 at 12:15 pm to buy a cake for my boyfriend and the lady who was working had a really nasty attitude. I have been buying cakes for years and have never had any issues with the workers. Will not be coming back to this location.

This B&R serves very small, chintzy servings, not at all the size shown in ads. I thought they were supposed to sell by weight, consistently, as represented by the Company. I am sure stopping using this location.

I want to shared my bad experience, in this specially store,I ORDERED MORE THAN 48 HOURS my birthday cake! And that day and the time that was supposed to be ready! I went to pick up my cake! And guess was, THEY NEVER MADE THE CAKE at all, that happened on september 29, 2023 around 5pm and 6pm they two young ladies that were working at the time, they didn't know what to say! Only! I dont know I dont know abouts the cake

I shouldn't have to greet you first. She was a little condescending and argumentative. If I don't want toppings, dont assume it's because of money. And if I ask for lid(s) for ALL the scoops of ice cream that I ordered for my 3 kids and myself, don't ask me what size or how many. You know what size I need, you just made it.

Never coming back here again. I got a shake and it was so bad I had to toss it after one sip. It was all milk and no ice cream. On top of that I asked for hot fudge in my cup. The lady proceeded to tell me she will charge me 99cents for it and I agreed. She was not trying to put the hot fudge as she was struggled to press the handle for it to come out. And when I asked her to put more she said she couldn’t. Trash location. Learn how to treat customers before trying to manage food places.

dipped waffle cone isnt very good. get the original waffle cone instead.they have a lot of unique flavors and its fun to sample them!

emily had amazing customer service and was super generous!!
