Never coming to this location again.i live down the street so it’s slightly melted as pictured, but im not even kidding when i say there were barely any icecream. Paid 20 bucks for 2 two scoop sundaes. Felt like she gave me about 80% fudge, 20% icecream. With a small dash of whipped cream to where I had to ask for more. almost wanted to ask for my money back because the portion size is beyond ridiculous, especially with how pricey the icecream is.

I won’t be giving business to this location anymore. The owner is there often. And I noticed that the employees are watched like a hawk. I ordered two over priced two-scoop sundaes that cost me $7.99 each. As I watched the girl make the sundaes I noticed that she was following step by step instructions on a card. The scoops were small & minimal toppings were put on the sundaes. I asked her why she was only putting a trickle of fudge on the sundae & she said that she was instructed to do that. I feel that the owner is all about her profit & not customer satisfaction. I’ll find another ice cream shop,

Not sure what was going on today, but used to be a good location. Walked in was waiting to be served as the worker was finishing an online order. She said would be right with us, but then another customer walks in for a cake order as she was finishing the other order and she walked away to go do that instead. Not sure how you skip a customer but it happened and we walked out. Can say won’t go back anytime soon.

They have gone up in price but down in portion. They take your order. Then charge you. Then make your item. They are giving baby scoops and tiny portions but they are charging $9.00. This is robbery. I will never go to this one again. 4th street or Archibald it is from here on out. It doesn’t feel good to be cheated.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!! I SHOULD HAVE NEVER CAME BACK! THE OWNER IS RUDE HAS NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER Patronize this place again. My first experience i waited 5min as i was the only person in the store, watching the staff have a team meeting with the owner no one acknowledged me or helped me until they finished their meeting! I went back again tried a new ice cream(the employee suggested)but i didn't like it all! I asked if i could switch it out and the owner refused and CHARGED ME AGAIN! I been coming here for years and i will never come back and spend my money because of this treatment!
