I won’t be giving business to this location anymore. The owner is there often. And I noticed that the employees are watched like a hawk. I ordered two over priced two-scoop sundaes that cost me $7.99 each. As I watched the girl make the sundaes I noticed that she was following step by step instructions on a card. The scoops were small & minimal toppings were put on the sundaes. I asked her why she was only putting a trickle of fudge on the sundae & she said that she was instructed to do that. I feel that the owner is all about her profit & not customer satisfaction. I’ll find another ice cream shop,

I Got a birthday cake for my sons 7th birthday and he loved it. It was delicious. And the cake came out perfect better then I pictured in my head great customer service and im just very satisfied with this location. The owner and the employees are very friendly

Normally when we go here they have good customer service. Tonight a girl helped me with very thin drawn eye brows and she wouldn't take my order until the register was free. Which was 5 minutes. She just stood around and waited. Then she took my order and put my change on the counter instead of handing it to me. She got my ice cream and then put it on the counter. Very rude!

Not sure what was going on today, but used to be a good location. Walked in was waiting to be served as the worker was finishing an online order. She said would be right with us, but then another customer walks in for a cake order as she was finishing the other order and she walked away to go do that instead. Not sure how you skip a customer but it happened and we walked out. Can say won’t go back anytime soon.

This Baskin-Robbins is located in the same parking lot as the Von's right by the 210 Freeway. I have never had a bad experience here. All employees are friendly, helpful, and patient. If there's a slow moving line, it's because customers are taking their time. Once I actually saw a couple pay in all pennies, dimes and quarters , in year 2023. They parked their BMW next to my car so don't come at me about "hard times". The employee was so patient! The reason why I really love this location is because of their cake decorating services. I have a two year-old, and for both his birthdays we chose to get an Icecream cake. This year, he actually got to speak with their cake decorator, and someone else who coordinated the conversation to help ensure our custom cake looked exactly the way you wanted it. Their cake decorator did such a phenomenal job! I wish I had taken more pictures because my sons two later duck cake was so cute. Also, do you know how sometimes ice cream cakes just smell and taste like the freezer? definitely not the case here! Tasty and fresh :) I will continue to use them every year for special occasions and I highly recommend this location.

They have gone up in price but down in portion. They take your order. Then charge you. Then make your item. They are giving baby scoops and tiny portions but they are charging $9.00. This is robbery. I will never go to this one again. 4th street or Archibald it is from here on out. It doesn’t feel good to be cheated.

I Love everything about this particular Baskin Robbins located in the Alta Loma Von's shopping center on Carnelian and 19th street, right below the 210 freeway. Both the owner and the cake decorator, Yuni are all around phenomenal. Very thorough with important details in addition, exceptional and great to communicate with. I have had about a dozen custom ice-cream cakes made at this particular Baskin Robbins, amazingly every single time they turn out absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for always making our celebrations extra special-
I said I was never coming back here after they refused to honor gift certificates I got a year before. This was a few years ago. Well today I decided to go against my better judgement and go into get an ice cream cake for my son. I opened the freezer to get it to hear the cashier yelling behind me, "mam, mam, go ahead and close the freezer and I'll get it." The freezers are in the open for customers to go into. I didn't know I needed a degree in ice creamology to pull the cake out. Anyways, I left and went to Dairy Queen and got the same size cake that tastes much better for 20$ cheaper. Yes, they are charging 58$ for an ice cream cake that serves 12-16. When you're charging 60$ for a cake, you should step up your customer service

Winter white chocolate and cookie butter please! These flavors together...mmm delectable, tasty, complimentary. SO yummy! The employees are so friendly and welcoming here and super patient when you don't know what flavors to get! They do provide samples, which I enjoy when I'm in between flavors! My other choice I will go with next time is the Belgian Waffle. Sampled it but wanted to try the Cookie Butter as it was their flavor of the month! Generous scoops and pricing is great in my opinion.But really. This location is great, employees are great, and there is indoor seating available for if you choose to sit and enjoy your tasty treat! Never any issues when I've come here either with customer service or product. Thank you for making my sweet tooth happy guys! I'll be back for sure!
