Came at 9:30’, open sign was off , door was locked but hours say til 10 .

Came in tonight 11/29 at 8pm ish and ordered. My wife had a banana royale and the banana was rotten dark and mushy. She told the cashier and he said that he would have to charge us for another banana if we wanted it switched out (remade) as he hasn’t had this happen before. The cashier actually told my wife that she can pick the bananas out if she wanted to. So my wife said here is you’re ice cream back and take it off the bill. The cashier tossed it in the trash and stormed into the back. This cashier has horrible service and if the owner of this franchise is reading this, they are going to kill your small business if this is the service they provide. I am not picky but I’ve never had service like this before at this location. My receipt says Dario rang me up and my check number is 22576

They are closed at 9pm tonight for their winter hours although Google says 10pm.

Overall it's a good place to eat, but I personally think that they give me fewer scoops all the time!. It's kind of annoying even though we are they're usuall customersPlease fix your management of scoops and give us the right amount of scoops.

Horrible place I went inside to use the bathroom since there was no sign saying customers aren't allowed. After I got out of the bathroom they blocked the way for me to get out towards the counter to pick up an ubereats order. I had to climb over the fan literally. Why couldn't they have done it after I left the bathroom not while I'm in the bathroom trying to block me in there I felt hostage. After I used the bathroom an employee grabbed cleaning supplies do they think im dirty or something ? If customers can't use the bathroom put a sign next time.

I visited this BR and it was great I'm not sure what the other people are talking about, I came in, and right away I was greeted politely by the 2 workers there. They even let me try flavors that I have been wanting to try. I purchased a birthday cake and they were nice enough to write on it. A great clean place to go with family. I'll be visiting every Thursday-Sunday to get my ice cream addiction. The manager was also very nice. Places like this should be examples to other businesses on how great the customer service should be. I strongly recommend to everyone.

The staff is great! Always welcomed with a warm greeting & fast service, even when the place is packed! Can't say enough great things about the customer service. One time I went in to get a scoop of my favorite flavor (Mom's Makin' Cookies) & the owner had told me that unfortunately they had just brought it out of the back freezer & it needed some time to thaw out, because the back freezers are so cold. I really appreciated the transparency & even more the time he took to recommend me another flavor!

Chocolate cake with chocolate fudge ice cream birthday cakeOrdered the above cake got it home looked at it and it was made lopsided and was the wrong size. Because my daughter picked up I was unable to inspect it at the store. So I called today hoping to order another same cake months after the fact. The manager wanted to argue with me saying that that type of cake melts super easy. First off I told her I have been ordering the exact cake for maybe 20 years now and NEVER has it melted on me or never did I pick up a lopsided wrong size cake. This manager didnt want to hear that someone in her store didnt know what they were doing when they made my cake (new employee?) perhaps?At the end of the day I will not be ordering as I have from this location as I don't deal with rude people that refuse to acknowledge there was a problem with their decorator. AS stated, I have been ordering the exact cake for YEARS with no issue, all of a sudden shes claiming this type of cake melts and has issues! Maybe Biden should use 31 flavors in his next climate change speech as now its affecting cake and ice cream! Good try rude manager lady!

The best Baskin Robbins there is! Clean, great service, and all the flavors! I came here on my birthday looking for Black Walnut ice cream and they did not disappoint. Dario is the best. He knows his stuff and is super kind. 11/10 for this location!

I always love their ice cream and their cute designed and yummy cakes! Also the customer service today was amazing! I didnt catch his name but he was a super nice and funny Hispanic guy working right when they opened!!! Will def return more frequently because of this great service! :)

Staff is always super friendly, even when it has been busy they get through their customers fast but never jeopardize making sure they get what they want. The waffle cone is a must with mint chip and confetti cake.
