The Biest? More like the Wierst! I honestly have to say the best way to sum up this experience was “bizarre”. Just a mix of polite confusion and general aloofness. We walked into an empty restaurant at peak Saturday dinner time and it was already not like the pictures. The bright cleaning level lights were on and completely sterilized the place and reminded us we were in a shopping center. The hostess was a little out of it in the initial greet and after a clumsy interaction about our (not needed) reservation we were sat and informed that she would also be our server. Overall we were confused as to if she had ever served before or was just spacey. Upon first glance the menu seemed interesting but after trying to inquire about the vaguely described cocktails she wasn't able to offer much information, so after the second time leaving the table to ask about ingredients we just YOLO'd our order. Drinks were actually part of the better aspect of the experience. At this point we were informed that the place had just reopened under new management, so we let down our guard a little bit trying to be understanding but left joking that there may be 3rd grand opening in this places future... The rest of the meal was a host of miscues in getting orders in, timing of the meal and courses, cold food and a weird transition from generic Italian music to Bad Bunny right around “club” time ? We came for a birthday where we requested a certain dessert but were given an “I'm sorry” tiramisu and eneded up having to awkwardly wait for the actual dessert we ordered when the tiramisu wasn't wanted. Overall seems like a great investment in a concept, an honest try at elevated cuisine but complete lack in focus on hiring and training the right people and or hiring management to validate or train their people. Let alone be aware of the guest experience.... With our host of issues we never saw one. Unfortunate.
Made a reservation for nothing. Not only did they sit us 20 minutes late, but waited another 30 minutes and never got our order taken. Very understaffed, not to mention the main guy at the door is very rude. Saw many people walk out. I don't blame them. Beist is not what it used to be. Do better, start by getting rid of the guy at the front.
Great food and people. If I had to critique anything, the tables are very sticky.

Haven’t been here in a year and this last time I came everything was 10000% better when I tell you their food and service is on POINT! The staff was very friendly and helpful , Saul made us feel like regulars even though we haven’t been here in a while . Love it will definitely be coming again ! And the music was magical

It’s an open kitchen so you can see what the chefs are doing. I tip the chiefs over our server! We walked out of this place after we were told their menu was limited to only breakfast when they opened at 11am. The manager was kind to come outside and open the menu but did mention to us some things they could not do for us yet. So we gave it another shot. Which it was great just not the service. Remember it’s an open kitchen so we can see the server gossiping with the bartender about us which we are a paying customer and love to tip. So instead we tipped the chef $20 bucks each they were great they washed their hands at each step of their cooking process and the food came out delicious! Unfortunately due to the service I would come back but the food is great!

We have eaten here a few times now and have been very happy with both the food and service. Everything always tastes fresh, tasty, and carefully put together. Service from Saul is honestly great! He’s very attentive and incredibly friendly. Would definitely recommend.

This place is not good at all we came here on Friday and it seemed strange that with as many good reviews as this place had we were the only customers there. Secondly the food was not good at all I dont even know how this place is still in business. Won't be coming back.I will keep looking for an authentic Italian reataurant.

Food was beyond delicious all workers including Service gave us phenomenal. Five star service. I drove about one hour will be back soon. The food was that delicious. It's worth the drive to the manager on shift. Did you a great job with your team they make Guest feel like you want them to eat at the restaurant.

Great service. Kind and hands on. They will let you know their specials of the day and drinks. All lemonade drinks are 10/10. Great drinks! The specialty of the day was great! Atmosphere was nothing but great vibes✨

Food was excellent as always- though inconsistent. Ordered a pasta dish we had had two weeks prior, and it was different. Wish they would serve the garlic knits (on the menu but told they no longer offer- had them two weeks ago and they were excellent). Pizza, pasta and a steak were delicious, though heavy on the salt. Service was awful, which is unfortunately typical. Slow, order mistakes, had to ask repeatedly for serving spoons, not even sure if they have a dessert menu as we were given the check without asking if we wanted another drink, coffee or dessert. Corkage fee of $25 (which is not an issue, though wait staff initially said $35 and two weeks ago we were told they didn't have a wine list and would wave it)- whisked way our bottle and decanted it, never poured it and seemed annoyed that we had brought wine (even though we checked at last visit and were encouraged to bring a bottle).
The food was delicious but services was awful. It felt like there needed to be Atleast one more server because the bartender was our waiter and he was not attentive at all. It was my birthday and I never got a happy birthday, my husband order a cheesecake for me and asked for a small candle and we go the cheese cake but no candle. The food was great and the pizzas were amazing. I'd give this place one more shot before potentially never going back.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Biest Italian Kitchen, and I must say, it was an experience that transported me straight to the heart of Italy! From the moment I walked in, the warm, rustic decor and the aroma of freshly baked bread enveloped me in a cozy embrace.
The menu is a delightful journey through classic Italian cuisine, with a modern twist that keeps you intrigued. I started with the Burrata Caprese, which was a heavenly combination of creamy burrata, ripe heirloom tomatoes, and a drizzle of basil-infused olive oil. It was as if summer had been plated just for me.
For the main course, I opted for the Truffle Risotto, and it was nothing short of perfection. The arborio rice was cooked to a creamy consistency, with generous shavings of truffle that added an earthy depth to every bite. It was rich, decadent, and utterly satisfying.
The service was impeccable; our server was attentive and knowledgeable, offering excellent wine pairings that complemented our meal beautifully. The ambiance was lively yet intimate, making it perfect for both a romantic dinner or a family gathering.
To top it all off, the Tiramisu was a dream. Light, fluffy, and with just the right amount of espresso kick, it was the perfect end to a delightful meal.
Biest Italian Kitchen is a gem that brings the authentic flavors of Italy to life. Whether you're a fan of traditional dishes or looking for something with a contemporary flair, this place has something to tantalize every palate. I can't wait to return and explore more of their culinary offerings!

I ordered the hanger steak. I often eat at steakhouses, and this steak is definitely top tier. Best steak I've had in a while. My wife ordered the Orecchiette with bolgonese. The pasta was fresh and flavorful. The quality of ingredients was noticeable in the dishes. I'll definitely have to return to try some more of the menu.
