We were seated timely. The food quality had declined over the years. The salmon was not fresh, it gave us itchiness of the tongue and mouth and stomach ache, we did inform them of this and they took it back and took it out of the bill. The chilean sea bass was overcooked. Their cocktail is also not good.

I got the stuffed mushrooms and they were better than I expected but the waiter was rude and needs to fix her face. The astmosphere was alright but a little unchilling. Overall the food was pretty good and so were the drinks especially the peach and pink lemonade but the customer service was lacking.

Went on Valentine’s Day and the first course was not good. We told our waitress we did not like it and she said we would have to charge you to change it . Whole mood was killed not a good bode after . Another couple also sent there’s back with a different waitress and got something else.

In Rancho Cucamonga, its hard to find an independent, upscale restaurant, but this is one. My wife and I make a point to eat at Biest at least once per month. The atmosphere is cool and welcoming. The wait staff is very friendly and helpful. They take pride in making good menu recommendations and seem genuinely concerned with your dining experience. The real star of the night, though is the food. The chef takes great care in producing delicious and inventive dishes. The kitchen is open and on full display for the patrons as if they want you to see them at work creating some of the best meals in the city. This is a great restaurant for a stylish night out.

The waitress spilled wine all over our table and took forever to bring back a full glass. She was not attentive to our needs. Also the table was sticky. They need to clean tables better. The wine made it even more sticky. Food was good though.

Terrible place, servers are inattentive. Big establishment but yet run out of liquor at 7 PM on a Valentine week. Food are extremely salty. Listen to other reviewers and find a different place to put your money on

Had a reservation for Valentine's Day. Was disappointed they didn't disclose they were having a set menu prior. We ended up ordering off the A La Carte menu. We had the cesar salad and the calamari which were not very good. My husband had the chicken marsala which he enjoyed but I did not enjoy the vodka pasta. I will not be returning to this establishment. Overpriced and mediocre food.

Wanted to try a new place for Valentine's Day so brought the family. While I did appreciate the call before to confirm and was told they would have a special Valentine's Day menu, I was also told that we could still order some limited items off the regular menu. When we arrived and were seated, we were shocked by the pricing of the special menu ($99 per person!!) and our waitress told us that that menu was the only thing available that night. We should've gotten up and left right then but hoped the food would be worth it. The first few courses were decent but the filets that we ordered were very dry. Honestly the drinks and bread were probably the best things all night. We asked for our desserts to go as we had already been there for almost 2 hours by the time we're got to the 3rd course! The music was also very loud and our waitress sporadically checked in on out. Save your money for somewhere else.

Unfortunately, not a great night for Biest. Working from a fixed menu, waits between courses were excessive and the steaks my wife and I ordered to be medium rare were both delivered well done. Like really well done. Those steaks were overcooked by at least 10 minutes. By that point in the meal (90 minutes at least) do you send it back and wait another 20 minutes to have the kitchen refire? We didn't feel it was worth it. I know Feb 14 is a tough night for kitchens, but Biest missed pretty badly on this one.

Im sorry to say but what made this experience bad was the fact that I ordered a medium rare steak and I got a well done steak . The potatoes were not potatoes, they looked like grits... the wine reduction turned into jelly as well.

This is my second time coming to this restaurant and I can honestly say I love basically everything they make. I've had 2 of their pizzas, the stuffed mushrooms, the fish, aged New York steak all of it was really great!
