BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

The hosts were super kind and even though we had reservations we still had to wait 30 minutes, but I expected that with the crowd and being a Saturday night. The waiter was terrible. The waiter didn't bring us silverware until we finally got his attention and got to ask him for some. He also poured water in our sprite. He didn't check up on us so we didn't get to ask for anything like refills or sauces. Bad experience in the service but food is okay... not worth the money though for sure.

Overall great service and ample items on the menu. Always a good meal here. Don't forget to order the Pizookies for dessert in the end.

Food was very bland , had to keep asking for extra sauce and dresssing as the food was very dry , service was great.

Good ambience and menu selection. It was not at all crowded, but the servers - who were very nice, were not as attentive as they could have been. If you enter the lot from Milliken Ave, you have to pass the restaurant and turn on to 4th St to know know the BJ's bldg. The sign can only be seen from 4th St; the restaurant is not marked on the parking lot side, so you have to know exactly where you're going.

We usually have pizza which we always enjoy but this time I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Pizookie and was very pleasantly surprises. The chicken parmesan may be my new go to. It was moist, tender and delicious. I enjoyed the spaghetti as well. Money well spent today.

Bad service, wait time was longer then expected everyone kept being seated before my party did and they had the same if not more people in their party and they came after us

I’ve eaten here many times. This last time was not so good. The food was horrible. The server wasn’t very attentive even though it wasn’t busy at all. Tossed our coasters on the table like we were animals. I found that very rude. Will not be returning to this location

EXCELLENT SERVICE SERVER MADE SURE ALL NEEDS WERE MET FOOD WAS FRESH AND GOOD QUALITY AND TASTE

Dine here if you want to wait a literal 1.5 hours for a soup and salad and to be told after said 1.5 hours that they're out of cherry soda. Our server got 3 things wrong on our order and forgot to bring out one of the items that was supposed to be fixed.
The least they could do is give us a free BJ with how horrible the service is...however for how terrible the service was, it would absolutely suck! Pun fully and shamefully intended.

We had a mini family get together with a party of 8 and booked a reservation. Our server was pleasant, attentive, and was able to give us 3 separate bills as we asked for. We enjoyed the pizookie specials at a great price. Very nice location and ambiance. We will definitely meet up here again.

I wouldn’t come here for the food…isn’t healthy or rememberable. Makes ur stomach uncomfortable afterwards, but the service was good. The food is overpriced as well.

Great food and service. It was a little loud for me and the lighting was too harsh for my eyes.

I was treated for my birthday 🎉 I ate avocado egg rolls and chicken fettuccine and strawberry lemonade to drink and a macadamia nut pizookie. Everything was very delicious 👄

Being my first time I really loved my waitress very professional and attentive thanks Shakila💕 I will be coming here again
