Our server Daniel went above and beyond to service us. Even though he was waiting on alot of tables he served us in a timely manner, smiling and very polite. I will definitely visit BJs in Ontario again and im looking forward to Danel hopefully serving us again in the bar area.

Went in for a birthday party of 18 people and were given only one server. The experience was awful. Even after bringing the issue to the manager’s attention, the service did not improve and no additional help was provided. Some guests never even received their meals. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning to this BJ’s.

Me and my partner waited about an hour, estimated time was 30-45mins. We ended up getting skipped by multiple people arriving after us. Never waiting again.

We got the meal deal with rare rib eye, baby back spare ribs, Mashed potatoes and garlic veggies and wow!! The steak was actually rare, tender and delicious and I have very high standards. The ribs were off the bone delectable with the sides mwah! So much food we are saving that splendid looking salad for tomorrow!! What a deal!!!

I usually never write reviews but It was a party of 3 including myself, we had an amazing waiter Chris but it seemed like the rest of the team was *extremely* lacking. We got our orders in at 8:33, mozzarella sticks, a plate of wings, a burger meal, and two alcoholic drinks. It was 9:42 before we got the 3 items of food that we ordered. During that 1 hour plus wait time, we had 4 times that servers mistakes us for other tables. It was embarrassing because it felt like we were forgotten about and our food was never coming. These tables that they were serving were people that came in long after we did as well. Once we got our food, the wings were the wrong flavor and our burger was burnt. We wanted some ranch with our meals and it took over 20 minutes for two cups of ranch to come to our table. Afterwards we wanted a pazookie for my significant other since it was her birthday. We were told by the waiter that since it was her birthday she would get it for free, yet we were still charged for it. For a birthday dinner, I was severely disappointed that it went like this. Bj's usually has great customer service that I can rely on for a great time but sadly that didn't happen at all. Thank you.

First time back since 2023. The place was rammed at 5.15pm today but managed to find a seat at the bar after about 10 minutes.
Great service from Kristina and Lexi. As usual.pizza and Nutty Brewnette were spot on. I'll be back tomorrow 😁
