For drivers picking up 3rd party deliveries, including catering orders be careful with this location. I had a large catering order to pickup this morning. The girl handling the orders gave me all the bags and I asked her was everything double checked since the bags where tapped shut, she said yes. Great! Than I noticed there where pizzas with the order. Which she never handed to me. They were behind her on the shelf. Good thing i inquired cause she didn't give me the entire order, she looked like she just woke up. Lol! Anyways, make sure u check before leaving. If the order comes with pizzas and they don't give pizza boxes, than that's an issue.

So not very happy with BJ’s. It doesn’t tell you the French fries are not GF. Says you can change out the regular bun for a GF bun for the burgers . And nothing about the French fries. Good thing I caught it before I took a bite. As I’m allergic to wheat. So I go into anaphylactic shock when I eat wheat. Definitely won’t be back.

Excellent from the time I walked in ro the minute I left. Food was brought out at a reasonable time and was delicious. My waitress Jennifer R. was AMAZING. Thee best personality and was incredibly hospitable. Made my dinner even better. Highly recommended this restaurant.

Had a fantastic time celebrating a birthday with the family for it being a Sunday night and very busy. We got seated very quickly. We had a reservation and they were very attentive to making sure we had everything we needed. When a problem did arise, it was fixed promptly and the waitress was so polite about it.

When we arrived we were a little bit late due to 1st time in that city. Could not find the place spoke to Matthew he was very understanding. Upon arrival we were seated immediately they accommodated us in every possible way. Our server whom i wish i remember his name but i was little toxicated but he was wonderful with suggesting the couscous which is mac&cheese balls. Overall the food was amazing I will definitely come back when in town.

This was a quick and fast experience. I got the season spicy salmon with chips. It was pretty tasty, but I wish they had more on the plate. Have some drinks and also some ice cream and fudge. It was decent, nothing to brag about. But I’m grateful. The service was good. We had an awesome waiter.keep up the good work
Went for happy hour. Great value and food was was excellent [Taste, temperature, and timely] and service was excellent as well. Avocado egg roll is amazing. Highly recommend.

The hosts were friendly and promptly seated us at our table. Our waiter provided excellent service, and the restaurant's ambiance was great, with excellent selected music. However, I was a bit disappointed with my food selection. I ordered the Italian Chicken Parmigiana Pasta, but the pasta had too much diluted sauce water, which caused the tomato sauce to lose flavor. My spouse's burger lacked some seasoning, and her fries were cold. Despite this, I will give the restaurant another try and maybe opt for their most commonly selected items. Until then, this was my experience at BJ's.

I literally give up with this place. First last week when I dined in me and my sister noticed everybody from the servers, bartenders, and even a manager coming from the kitchen chewing food several times. I pulled a staff member to the side and said are they having a potluck or something in the back everybody is coming out of the kitchen with food in their mouths chewing and he said it wasn't a potluck but they had food back there everybody was eating off of. That is unacceptable and a visit from the health department is needed because that is a violation to be eating while food is being prepared and served. Me and my sister said we would never be back but I took a chance and ordered delivery hoping that tonight they would eat om there breaks and not come out the back with food in their hands chewing while at work. Mistake. My last and final straw is tonight I ordered an Uber eats order and my bag was not sealed. I called and spoke with Gregg who assured me that it would be sealed and it came with the seal freshly torn. Now if the delivery driver tampered with it that is not at all their fault however he said there were multiple seals going front to back which I see no signs of multiple seals so if that is true they should get better seals that shows evidence of tampering because you can only see one sticker on the box that was torn in half. There is no evidence that any other seal was there. Unacceptable. Last time dining here for take out or dine in. Over it!

Being that it was a Saturday at the place was extremely packed. It is so nice to have a reservation. People had to wait over an hour or two and we had a 10 minute wait. The staff was great. The food was yummy and the drinks were delicious.
