Summer Canillo

Came in for 2 pizzas. One I put on a mat one I didn’t. The one that wasn’t put in a mat had nasty residue from them not cleaning the oven. This is the 2nd time it happened. The guy who took my order was great when speaking to the manager he seemed very off putting and condescending.

We came in at 8:30 PM 10/31 looking to eat our pizza in the dining room. We were told the dining room was closed. So we just left. You should state on you google page that dining room closes early. Not in the mood for taking my pizza to go. Your hours stated you closed at 10:00 PM. Very disappointed. Will not be back I can order take out from any pizza place. Very not impressed with your location. We will not be coming back to this location. If your open to 10 you should not start cleaning up the store at 8. Lost my business

Just a quick little rant, no grammar here.Very depressed people working there very unprofessional. I stood there for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then when they finally got going, they were filling online orders a set of mine and I had to wait five more minutes to get my pizza and then the guy was brand new and he put the toppings on really really slow very slow. Then I had to remind the guy that I had to pay for the pizza. There was no acknowledgment of my presence at the cash register. Then my pizza is done finally and I go to pick up my salad and they don’t have my dressing ready so I had to wait five more minutes for the dressing which it was a salad to go. No dressing made up and then he wanted to put the dressing on top of the salad and I refuse because the salad is to go so we had to tell him to put it on the side.
The manager did give me a discount, so I guess it’s all good. I can’t believe they can’t find better people to work there.

This location is terrible. The staff seemed extremely depressed and you could clearly feel they didn’t want to be there. Took 10 minutes before I got acknowledged by any staff member. The food was okay. They were very cheap on the amount of ingredients. The pizza was also overcooked. One of the employees was speaking very low and when asked to speak louder he got upset / annoyed. Terrible experience overall. Most of the tables were dirty and sticky.

I purchased the red vine pizza .the pizza had all sauce three tomatoes and barely no cheese so disappointed.

The best pizza that I ever had. They come fresh out of oven with fresh ingredients. You choose the ingredients including doughs, toppings, and sauce. Simply delicious with outdoor atmosphere. Great taste and one of the best pizza chains.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Pizza was burned and the employee laughed about it then while someone else was remaking it he took it upon himself to talk badly about me to another customer. WILL NEVER RETURN!

Pizza is great! They do hold back a little when you ask for EXTRA TOPPINGS. Also, I notice they take online orders first priority instead of the people who walk in to order. I was the only one in line they did like 5 online orders before acknowledging or communicating with me then the line started to get long because they prioritize online orders first you would think they would want to get the line down and keep customers happy satisfied but guess not. Wondering if that is how all locations work ?
