I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience at Blaze Pizza. Upon entering, I joined the line along with several other customers, but the two employees on duty made no effort to acknowledge us. Instead, they appeared preoccupied with everything except taking orders. After waiting nearly fifteen minutes without any assistance, my group and I decided to leave—along with several other frustrated customers. This experience has made me seriously reconsider returning to Blaze. I strongly encourage better employee training and management to ensure that guests feel welcomed and attended to in a timely manner.

This is truly the worst Blazes Pizza I have ever been to. I was waiting for over fifteen minutes while the two employees busied themselves doing everything BUT helping the growing line of customers. My girlfriend and I left out of frustration and so did several other customers. I would suggest getting better employees Blaze.

Blaze is supposed to have a variety of vegetables and meat to to complete our order. Unfortunately they run out of ham cilantro, The container was low in cheese. The girl that was helping me was getting annoyed when she was throwing the toppings on the pizza , I ask one if the employees the her name and he hesitated in giving the name I guess is Jocelyn. She NEEDS to be nice to ALL the customers and acknowledge our needs NOT IGNORE US IF WE HAVE QUESTIONS. But the pizza was really Good.

Aaron W is the best every time I go to get food from here. He’s so sweet and truly so kind he has great customer service skills. And makes u feel friendly and welcome. I recommend him to anyone who goes to blaze his attitude is always great whether it’s day or night and is truly a great person!

I went there at around 7pm and there were 2 employees working, one by the toppings and one by the fire. They were trying to do everything but with the amount of online order plus us in line, they were overwhelmed and even though there were 3 of us in line, we stood there for 45 mins + another 10 to get the pizza cooked for just 1 pizza. Poor kids that worked there were complaining as well, they are most likely on minimum wage too. This is the third time this happened to me at this location. Owners need to stop being cheap and employ more people there. Quick tip, pay people more and they will show up to work.

The pizzas are always great! Good choices for toppings and pesto cheesy garlic bread is a favorite. Quick service.
The table could a little cleaner, it was a bit sticky, had to clean my hands.

I always place delivery orders through uber eats, and I try and add hot honey sauce (which is free on the app) and they decline my order every time only because of the sauce. If i remove the sauce then they’ll accept it. Seems petty to decline a big order over side sauce which I couldn’t even pay for because it’s free on the app (same for DoorDash).

Arrived at the opening of restaurants, which is 11 AM. Being that we were first customers the dining room tables were dirty as if they didn’t clean them the night before. The floor looked dirty as they didn’t sweep either. Besides the dining room area looking dirty, the employees were great and tentative. The food tastes great per usual.
