this place is hit and miss with a lot of miss. our company orders from them quite often and with specific details. today, we ordered 5 pizzas, 2 of which were completely overcooked and burned! one crust was black on a third of the pizza. another pizza that had broccoli was overdone and black. one pizza that had artichokes literally had TWO pieces on it. you take the survey and/or call the store but blaze doesn't even make it right or reach out their patrons. so so disappointing!

It was my first time at Blaze Pizza and it's the best I've ever had. The worker explained everything to me about the prices and what type of pizzas they have. I had the Take Two. It was amazingly delicious. The salad and the half of pizza was delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Amazing service.

they raised the prices AGAIN ( 12.79$ as of today for a TINY 11 inch pizza) and put even less topping.you can make better pizza at home.on the plus side the dough is pressed in front of you and cook in the oven in front of u. None of the staff wore mask its beyond unhygienic the last thing i want are people talking spitting coughing and sneezing over my food . No one wore gloves or a fish net to avoid hair falling into the food again very unhygienic ? . The drink station was a mess . The floor and chair are so DIRTY and chairs havent been scrub in months if not years . The pizza are always late even when there is not a soul in the store . Very skimpy on the portion ITS A JOKE . VERY VERY SMALL and cramp with "view" on a parking lot not very relaxing . Very dark and unwelcoming at night . If you are looking for well cook pizza nice view big open and fun store go to claremont location instead .NOW SCALPING as of 2024 went from 11.25 to 12.79$ ??? for a 11 inch pizza. Thats 25.58 $ for 2 people !!!! Beyond outrageous. at surch a premium price point i expect my pizza to be LOADED with toppings not what they are serving .the reward is even worse you have to spend 150$ for a " free" 11 inch and 250$ for a large l m fao ...

They missed some ingredients on my order. I ordered some Pepperoni and other ingredients. There was no pepperoni, only like 5 total pieces of the ingredients. Only gave me 3 peppers and no cheese. When I asked for 10 peppers and 10 cheese.

Slow and not welcoming customer service and guy Nolan was chewing and popping gum while behind the counter. I recommend better training.
Wouldnt come back,,drowned pizza in drizzle which made it unedible.i think the small 4'7 kid with injured hand was possibly mad I didnt tip..had to toss this out and go to epic wings. Horrible service

First we waited forever and it was a empty store the employees seem to be concerned with their phones rather then their customers and I decided to try the keto pizza witch is 4$ more rounding to $20+ dollars and it was completely charred and black... we won't be eating here again, the one in eastvale is so fast and has way better service even when it's crowded...all the reviews said the Keri was good but all I tasted was charcoal and burnt pizza...we're not coming back to say the least..

Blaze is one of the best pizza places I love there BBQ Chicken Pizza... but I mostly build my own so I can add what I want on my pizza all the ingredients are fresh I love the garlic pesto the service here is amazing and they are always helpful with explaining things
