Boba Fiend Tea House

I went with my daughter A few days ago on Sunday. The place was kind of dirty like trash cans, bathrooms were dirty. They claim it was a grand opening. It didn’t seem like it when I was ordering there was even tiny bugs flying around maybe due to unsanitary place. The boba’s were OK They didn’t taste like Boba’s. The place needs to be sanitized before they could even let customers in.

830pm. Schedule time say its closed at 9pm but its closed. People are inside cleaning and a few customers are inside. Not a huge deal but kinda sucks when a place has a time and says it closed at 9pm your gonna take that as its open till 9pm not closed at 830 but then you arrive and its closed especially when your going out of your way. Thats the reason its getting 1star. Sucks that has to receive 1star due closing earlier then time stated on google and also there front door. Closed at 9pm. I understand somedays you wanna jam out early but then make the closing time earlier.

FYI: We bobas wanted some boba drinks. They are closed. There was a sign stating they will re-open else where on June 8, 2025. It didn't give a location. I tried calling and the phone's mail box was full. I didn't have my phone on me to scan the QR code.

It was my weekly boba time. We bobas were in the neighborhood checking out Ralph's shopping center. Honey said he was out here working before. Drove around the parking lot and I saw the Boba Fiend Tea House. I had to stop and get my boba fix for the week.

The place is very bright, clean and staff who assisted me is very friendly, courteous and super nice.

I had their large boba milk tea. It was good. I am coming back to try other drinks.

I would recommend this place. This place will be my new hangout for bobas.

My name is Alessandro Cuorvo, I love this store with all my heart, the customer service was sublime, for a second I felt I was at heavens gate while ordering my drink. Oh the drink! Don’t get my started on the drink, the rich, creamy smoothness of it, it flowed down my throat like Leonidas’ treasure, all my senses were pleasured, I ordered a milk tea.
Once again I cannot stress how superb this establishment is. Thank you boba fiend, and in case I don’t see you, good afternoon good evening and goodnight!

I normally love this place, but my visit today was not good. First, I had to repeat my order seriously 6 times. Rose passion smoothie, half sugar with almond milk. Yes, it has some special specifications, but the guy at the front just couldn't get it. Believe me, I was speaking clearly and calmly. I genuinely think he was high. Second, the music they were playing was super crude. I was there with my 8 and 10 year old. The person ahead of me was with his elementary school aged daughter. The other parent and I exchanged "wtf" glances when a woman was rapping about having sex and being on her period. I Shazamed one of the other songs because it was so crude, it was Sticky (feat. GloRilla, Sexyy Red & Lil Wayne) by Tyler the Creator. Look up the lyrics. So not appropriate for a Boba tea place at 3:00pm on a Saturday. Then, they were out of the middle size drink cups and I asked about it. They didn't offer to make me the middle size in the larger cup. Lastly, they haven't had stamp cards in forever. They keep saying they're coming, but it's been at least six months and they just stamp the receipt. The drinks are still good, but the staffing and customer care has definitely gone down hill. To recap: out of cups, no stamp cards for months, inappropriate music playing too loudly, and staff who couldn't get the order right despite repeating multiple times. I like their drinks, but this was just bad.

I love how fun is their atmosphere, and their boba tea is delicious. I would strongly recommend it.

They’re good IF they have things in stock. More often than not, when I go they’ll be out of ingredients, cup sizes, and boba and sometimes all three at once. Staff and quality is great, but management needs do better.

I didn't realize that there was a new schedule and I just wanted drinks for me and my mom. I went in (since the door was open) and I tried to place an order. The guy already looked irritated and annoyed that there were customers coming in. Tells me that there isn't any boba (understandable if they're barely opening) so I said it's ok. I'll take them without boba. When I tried to ask for the milk tea, I asked the guy if there was one with almond milk since it's on the menu. Just tells me that the milk tea is "premade" and he can't change it. I try to ask if there's alternatives w almond milk and tells me the same thing. End up cancelling my order bc in the end he was very rude and said "sorry" as in "it wasn't his fault that I couldn't order correctly" and I "supposedly" didn't know how to order. I don't frequent often but I've had better services before.

I am fiend for Boba Fiend. Went to the one in Riverside and found this one much closer. Can't stop going!
