One of my kids loves this place. We lived in the SGV where there was a large Asian community so boba was a big deal and my kid was exposed to the good stuff. I'll take their word for it. The reason why I gave it a crappy rating is because the place smells really bad. It's a combination of toilet water and musty mop. It's not something you want to smell as you come in and it makes me question the sanitary condition of the drinks they prepare. I observed them and it seemed fine in terms of food prep but honestly they couldn't have made the drink fast enough. Again, drinks fine, service is fine but cleanliness appears to be an issue.

The Manager is so nice and sweet :( also the tea is very good with generous sizes, with a large selection and modifications.

Took my drink and straight to the trash. Didnt even drink it or ask for a refund. It was so bad to the point like it tasted like a sunny D or like flavored mango with food coloring. Jesus.

Boba Fiend is the best place to get tea! I'm a frequent flier at different tea places, and I'm pretty picky about my tea. I'm ashamed to say it, but it's true. For me, tea isn't always great at Starbucks or other places, but this place is always on point. My go-to order is the Fiend size of jasmine green tea with 50% peach flavor and crystal Boba. In the fall, black tea with wintermelon is delightful.

Jared was very welcoming, greeted us right away. It was busy but place was still very clean. Drinks as always delicious Matcha smoothie , Oreo smoothie 50% with Boba and my Roseberry blk tea which I fiend for, if not the Rose Passion blk tea... SOOOOO GOOD
It's my favorite one. Love the coffee smoothie, or the oreo. I love that it tastes good, and it's not overly sweet. My kids love trying new things all the time. Love the cups. Love love love....
