Good boba and very friendly staff!

Their strawberry-watermelon slush was so refreshing! Perfect drink to cool down with since it gets pretty hot in Haven City. Not sure if the AC was broken on the day we went or if it’s always like that but definitely go to Boba-time for all your drink needs! Friendly staff and minimal wait time for our drinks. Highly recommend them!

Went to order from them online. When I arrived they said the online order was never placed and it was an error from the app. They said I won't get charged for that error on the app, so I thought okay then I'll just placed another order inside. Went home and I saw I did got charged on my debit card for the boba I ordered on their app. I sent a customer service email for a refund request. They did not give single response back. I went back to the store and asked. They took my information down but a week later now still no response from their manager. Its not the cost that made this 1 star, but the fact that they dont even bother to respond back to their customer.

This is definitely my favorite boba spot. I've ordered from them literally dozens of times and consistently, the boba is always cooked perfectly. With other boba places, its totally hit or miss and if you order at the end of the day, the boba is usually downright bad. I've never had that here and that alone is worth the 5 stars to me. I love the tea too, but I order the classics: house milk tea, Thai tea, and brown sugar milk tea, so I can't comment on their huge selection(they have A LOT of options).

They are also one of the only places I can get a 32 ounce drink with boba(has to be in person, not available on doordash that I've seen), which is very important when my fiance says I can only get one and we're going to share. Lol. If you're in the area, this and Krak boba are the only real choices. Trust me, I've tried probably every boba joint in a 15 mile radius and these two have the best tasting and right consistency boba I have found. Plus, it's in Haven City, so there's a lot of food selections nearby and an entire claw machine arcade. Definitely a place worth checking out.

This Boba spot is located inside Haven City Market. The spot looked clean and tidy also nicely decorated. The cashier was friendly and helpful with the drink options. My husband ordered Hibiscus Berry Iced Tea and I ordered the Hawaiian fruit tea. Both drinks were delicious! They also have macaroons and shakes that look delicious, I’ll be sure to go back and try those. Overall it was a great experience coming here for drinks and will continue to support this local business!

Tried it for the first time today, loved it!! I got the Taro smoothie with crystal bolba and just tasted perfect! The staff was very friendly as well! 10/10 will be going back!

I’ve been to many different locations and have always got a sea salted iced coffee. When I got my order, it had a bland taste and tasted like just water with coffee. There was no sea salt taste what so ever. I didn’t want to ask for them to remake it but as much as I tried it, it just didn’t taste good. I asked the guy if there was anything that can be done and he was nice about it, but when he told the girl in the back she yelled “WELL IT IS STRAIGHT UP COFFEE.” Not only was I on the opposite side and I could hear what she said, but the line of customers all heard it as well. When I got it back it was almost white and tasted like a whole bunch of milk/creamer and a lot of sugar was poured in. Overall I will not go back to this location, especially since staff is so unprofessional and rude. While there was a long line they were just talking to eachother and dancing instead of making the drinks.

This place got me and my cousin sick. We think it might have been the boba pearls because me and her were the only ones who got drinks with boba. I’ve had boba from this location before and I’ve always felt fine, however today both me and my cousin got very sick. Have no idea what they did but that boba was RANCID.

AMAZING STAFF! Wow, this place deserves four stars just for the incredible service. I had all my questions answered as they had really cool and unique drinks! I got the cookie milk tea and it was the perfect cold dessert I needed. The boba pearls are perfectly sized, not too big so the focus is on the flavor of the drink. The vibes are great here, everyone is in a good mood and the other patrons (mostly younger loner guests) are helpful and chill. Flavor-wise it’s really good but I wasn’t totally five-star wowed. However, it did satisfy me and I enjoyed every dang sip! I’ll be returning as all the drinks look amazing and they have a great selection of flavors. Boba Time also serves macarons, shakes, smoothies, and other sweet treats. Shout out to the guy up front in one of my attached pics, he has excellent customer service skills!!
