Great place. Staff very positive and polite. They were busy and smiling and that's not something you see anymore in LA.

For the price point - you expect a level of service and freshness. I don't blame our server, he was trying to bartend and wait tables so he was doing the best he could and apologized for our 10+ min wait for him to come and greet us after we were seated. I felt bad because it looked like they were not staffed properly. Ordered appetizer, had to ask for it twice. It came out after the main dish. 1st chicken dish was dry and rubbery. They offered to replace it, which is good and second dish was better. At $30 a plate, per person, and $6 for 4 slices of bread, we expected more.

It's been awhile since I've been here. But decided to come for my birthday. There was 5 of us. We all had something different & everything tasted so good. The only thing that was disappointing was they no longer give you bread on the table, you now have to purchase it. For the prices the restaurant charges, I would think that bread could be provided. It's not going to detour me though. Plan on coming back soon.

The service was ridiculously slow and the server kept forgetting to bring items we requested we had to ask other servers for assistance. A lunch that should have taken an hour took over two. We were trying to get home before rush hour traffic and unfortunately that did not happen. Very disappointed

Overall a good experience but the kitchen did mess up on a few our dishes. They fixed them quick but surprised to see that many mistakes on one visit

Our server, Daphne, was attentive. She was very knowledgeable about the menu items. The food was delicious, absolutely no complaints.

Food was delicious and the service was great. They sat us instantly, good chill vibes. My husband had the lobster and shrimp fettuccine and I had the spicy radiatori & burrata with a caprese salad. Our server, Oscar, was very friendly and attentive.

Always good to have nice dinner. This time we visited during lunch hours and seemed much comfortable than dinner hours. Less crowded but same good service.

I ordered a
Side of meatballs and the garlic mashed potatoes. They both came out cold. The server brought me a new order and it was cold again. The server was lovely. A shame the manger who she took the food over to did not even visit our table. Poor service. I would never come again. Not worth it.

The food was delicious definitely 10/10 , me and my bf attended for our anniversary and so far it was good although the food took very long and our table was kinda dirty the guy that was bringing our food had a really bad attitude like make us supper uncomfortable, also my bf leave a money tip but didn’t leave that much keep in mind he left more than $20 , then paid and as we were heading out he went to the restroom to wash his hands an the same server followed me and handed me the bill , I was confused but he said we didn’t leave an appropriate tip and to tip at least 20% , keep in mind we did left tip and paid fully , that was super uncomfortable I felt obligated to leave more tip , never again

I ordered the parmesan wheel truffle and it was cold and the chicken breast was over cooked and dry. Definitely not worth $35. Our server was rude.

Excellent meal at Brio last night. We shared a bottle of red wine with friends and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. My wife ordered the branzino, which was delicious, while I had the steak salad—generous portion, and very tender steak . The service was friendly and attentive, we had a wonderful time overall. Thank you Brio!

Brio Italian grille has been a go-to spot for me and my family for a few years now and I have not been disappointed with the food or service I have always had a good experience and this last time was no different had a great time I would recommend this place if you are looking for a good Italian dinner

My grandma held her Birthday party, which was attended by more than 20 people. The service was good as each guest was served. Arrived late but didn't wait too long for my steak. The Ribeye steak and truffle pasta are must-trys.
