This place was awesome and now it’sstand clear.Ordered online curbside pickup.Called upon arrival at the door, the rep said we don’t do curbside here.Parking was far.There were six idle girls, giggling at the counter.Food was WAY BELOW AVERAGE.One kid refused to eat chicken, one person ate spaghetti got swear stomach pain.Lamb chops were worse than anything. Salmon was so bad guest didn’t eat at all.Bruschetta was all thrown in a box over one another.We had to order pizza after all.EVERYONE SAID NEXT TIME PLEASE DON’T GET ME ANYTHING FEOM BRIO.Parking: They take curbside order but don’t bring it to the curbside. Find a parking far away and walk to pick up below average food.
I really enjoy the Brio Itialian grille. The food is excellent, as is the service. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting.If you have a special occasion to celebrate or you just want a nice dinner, try the Brio Italian Grille!

With a reservation, we were greeted with little enthusiasm. The young girl said she would seat us in a minute. It was quite apparent that there were several tables available. She walked around the restaurant looking confused and then returned to ask us to step aside so she could serve someone else. She then abruptly escorted us to our table where she plopped two menus down and walked away. My wife and I thought that the whole episode was a bit strange. In a couple minutes, she seated the other party right next to us. This was our 36th anniversary and we made note of this fact when we made our reservation. From the beginning, we were made to feel like an imposition to the hostess. We chatted briefly with our neighboring table and learned that they to were celebrating their 15th anniversary! Their waitress made a big deal of their celebration and even brought them a celebratory desert. While our waitress was very good and the food was also good, there was never a mention of our celebration. It is obvious that our hostess failed to read the notes on the reservation and in turn never shared with the waitress that we were celebrating our 36th. We watched our new friends be feted right next to us but nothing for us. I realize that mistakes are made and sometimes people just are having a bad day but we chose Brio Grill to have a great meal and to be treated special. We actually just returned after being similarly rebuffed the last time for another anniversary. I suppose if we want to be treated special, we need to go elsewhere. I really wanted to share my feelings with a manager but my wife encouraged me to just let it go and leave.-Disappointed

Solid Italian at Victoria Gardens in R.C. Great atmosphere in what I call casual upscale Italian. Cloth napkins, multiple forks, clean and uniform servers.Grilled Salmon Fresca was refreshing. The Fresca element was light and crisp. There are sweet potatoes in the relish, which was unfamiliar but not off-putting. Salmon is grilled well. Falls apart easily, no bones and a lovely dark pink color.
Super chic place. Good service, good entree choices, and the food was Delicious. Absolutely recommend!
