All of the food tasted really really old. Service was slow. The order of operations was all over the place. Get the girl some extra help and take more pride in your food. How are you going to charge $90 for old food

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The service just gets worse each time we visit. Definitely the last. We came
during lunch time, around 12:30ish. It took them over 30 minutes to get our drinks out. No clean utensils available. Our order was not delivered how we asked due to no onion rings available. The wings were cold and dry. There was no apologies or remorse for the service.

Every time I order takeout from this location I do not get my food until almost an hour after pickup time. There’s never an employee at the takeout counter so we have to hunt somebody down to help us. Employees are rude and act like we inconvenience them by asking for help. They always say they will check on the order and walk off and don’t come back so we have t find someone else to help us. Worst location I’ve been too.

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings to exist ! Today me and my family of 8 including a toddler arrived at the restaurant at 7:20ish, we were told the wait was gonna be 30 min which was okay with us and agreed to wait, somehow 30 mins turned into 2 hours…. The lady Yadira in the front was not doing much to help us get seated she was kinda just walking around and talking with other colleagues, we finally decided we would ask what was going on with our table after we seen a party of 9 come in check in and get a table immediately and we were told it would be another 45 min wait because some how another big party was ahead of us ??? But mind you we sat in the front the entire time and saw when the “other bigger party” had just checked in as a walk in but whatever that’s okay we understood… we waited another hour and we asked again and the lady in the front Yadira sarcastically with a fake smile said she was gonna start cleaning up a table for us and it was gonna take 15 min to clean!!!!! Which is ridiculous who takes that long cleaning up a table hahaha at that point I wanted to go over and help her but she was cleaning the table the slowest I’ve ever seen!!!! Which Im sure she was doing on purpose to make us wait longer, finally after 2 hours of waiting just to be seated we got sat and the waitress took about another 25 min to speak to us but only because we had complained at this point to the manager by asking if we could at least get some water/drinks out after the super long wait just to be seated the manager had a very disgusting attitude and did not problem solve the situation instead made the situation worse by arguing with us by saying it was not her problem and that the waitress had a lot of tables which was a lie it was already 9pm and the restaurant was pretty much empty and all the other tables around us where only waiting for there food to be out! But we did not keep arguing with this so call manager. Our drinks finally came out and no straws where given to us and we asked our waitress nicely if we can get some and she said yes but never came back at this point I seen the same manager we spoke to just standing by the kitchen door talking to another employee instead of helping her team since they were so “busy” I decided to get up and get straws myself and I went directly to the manger and asked her for fries and she replied with ok and I was waiting for her to hand them to me and she then said “ I can take them to ur table” and I replied with “I can take them from you now “ and she rolled her eyes and handed me the straws and I still tried to be nice and said thank you and got no response back… while we were waiting for our food another waitress took over due to the other lady going on her break, his name was MAT and he was amazing!! He took care of us so well had all our food out as soon as he stepped in came by a few times to check on us and got us out of there in no time!!!! And we made sure he knew he was doing the best job out of everyone there even the manager and he actually replied with a no so surprising answer haha saying he is looking for a new job because of the same reason and how he always gets in conflict with the same manger about these situations! So yay to MAT and thank you Mat for saving our night God bless you!!! Anyways don’t go here guys

We arrived at this place and the service was super bad. We waited half an hour for a table and 20 minutes for them to take our order, then 40 minutes for the food to arrive. We were patient to get there because we were hungry, but the service was super bad. I counted 12 dirty tables while I was there. I left the place and those 2 tables were left dirty. It was terrible because there were many people outside waiting for tables and many dirty ones inside without anyone cleaning them. Terrible service, I forgot to take a picture

I feel sorry for our waitress, horrible coworkers she has, service was awful, and manager or supervisor no where to be found. Takes them 1 hr for food service. I'd understand if it was busy, but that was not the case. Plain and simple, go to another BWW. Save yourself time, if no other BWW near, im sorry

The service was absolutely terrible. I waited over an hour just to get my food. The waiter just walked by and completely ignored us. There wasn’t even a checkup. The food was also disappointing. The fries were all cold, and the wings were extremely dry, as if they had been sitting there for a while. Shoulda checked the reviews before even coming! Don’t even deserve my money. Save your money and go to a different restaurant

there was very little people here and their service was still so slow. we got ignored by our waiter, and even when we were ready to go, they took such a long time to arrive with our bill.

Crappy service. I was there for an hour, the restaurant was empty. I ordered an appetizer and once it hit the hour mark I just up and left. Had to wait 20 minutes just for a hostess to even get to the counter. Disgusting and dirty, will NEVER return.

We don’t eat Buffalo Wild Wings but my sister used to work there & says it’s the best however, our experience was not the best. Here’s what happened: my pay to pickup order said it’d be ready @ 7:20 but I did not get my order until 8:07. We live less than 5 miles away which is not a far drive so we were upset that when we got home, every single item was ice cold and old. We were missing a large cheese curds as well. My sister says we should give you another try because my situation was a fluke. Is this because we didn’t dine in? Please help. Thank you.

The food is not what it used to be, the bathrooms and dining area are dirty as hell. Service is bad and the manager is worse. Avoid this place if you don’t want food poisoning.
