We go BWW a lot. This place is close to our house but we have mix feelings about this location. When we dine in we get good enough service, no complaints. But when we order online or phone orders, 4 out of 5 time, the order is missing something. It's frustrating cause we have to wait as they make it while our order gets cold. Or we notice once at home, about 30 minutes away, and we get no refunds for our missing items. Or drive back while every one is eating! ALWAYS "double check"Update, 3/31/24. Placed online order and again I had missing items.

we came around 9 on a sunday night, waiter and waitress were already fed up and kept making snide comments , little blonde shortyy kept dragging chairs extra loud for an hr straight around us while coworkers laughed . girl work elsewhere

Went in, I was asked what we were up to. Told the employee we just came from a bar. We had 1 drink there while we waited for the rest of the group . He refused to give me a drink when we ordered, but gave the table next to us drinks while they were sloppy drunk .

80% percent chance they will get your order wrong. You better off at Wing Stop!!! Buy wings there dry with no sauce and than purchase a sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings. You’re welcome♥️I would go often only for the food but I know to eat appetizers before I come because I know there they might take forever on my food or mess it up (either way I have to wait double the time). Save your time, your money and your energy not worth it.

They’re racist here. All of the Spanish genre music from their TouchTunes was removed by management. This must mean that non-Spanish speakers complained and management catered to them by removing that genre from being played. The reason why I know it was management is because it tells you on the app when you decide to play a Spanish song. Won’t be coming back. Ever! Cold wings by the time they get to your table. Lousy service.
