Ordered a salad and a side of chicken brest charged me for crispy chicken and the chicken is not even in the bag tried to call and system says NOT TAKING ANY CALLS what type of restaurant dont accept calls ? Not happy

We went here the other night my kids wanted to try the new how to train your dragon stuff. Got there tables were disgusting trash on almost every table I get it it gets busy but there was only 2 people besides us in the building. Ordered food from kiosk sat down at a table we cleaned. Waited for our food and everything was cold down to the fries.

Burger King has the best chicken nuggets. Hands down
Went through the drive thru to pick up some food, they missed out on the onion rings so I walk back to the counter to tell the guy and he starts arguing with me that He is sure that he put it in, and he wants to see the begs! Eventually, he gave me the onion rings but he was full of attitude!

My family and I had a remarkable experience at this Burger King. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, helpful, prompt, courteous, and professional. Our order was accurate and handed to me in a timely manner. I sincerely appreciate the excellent service provided. We will certainly return for another dine-in experience. Check Your Order before you leave drive through!! I ordered a cheese single whopper without pickles. The cashier gave me a burger that has No cheese & has pickles on it. The opposite of what I requested & my request was listed accurately* on the order receipt so the cashier seemed to intentionally ignore my order & she failed to be efficient & I highly suggest to go to a different location since they don’t care about customer service here.

Ordered online. Nowhere to include instructions to unit. Unable to call unit. If unable to communicate, in future will be unable to purchase from this unit or application. Nice job. All that advertising to 'lose' guests. Good concept.
