Nasty, nasty ,nasty is how I describe the food I got from here👎🤬😡 cheeseburger was old and hard the fries were borderline , and the nuggets were 2 different colors and didn't look done . ( Pic below). This burger king team sucks and can't make a decent sandwich to save their lives. Get it together 👎🤬👎🤬 the worst burger king I ever tasted and I travel for a living. 🤮

Went to order the Frankenstein Shake they have and lady told me the machine was working. I asked if it wasn’t working or if she didn’t want to make it because she seemed hesitant as I ordered it. I’ve heard of these things happening often, but she mentioned that the machine hasn’t been working in 2-3 months.. I’m skeptical because they wouldn’t advertise a Halloween drink if that was the case. Very disappointed

I visited BK at 12549 Foothill R.C.after work. I ordered 2 Brisket whoppers and a small fries. Waited 5- 10 min. I noticed cashier was communicating in Spanish to the ladies preparing the order. Got my order and left. Got home , got ready to enjoy my burgers only to find out instead of burgers got 2 wraps and fries.Drove back to the BK told cashier the order wrong, I paid for 2 Brisket whoppers. Order was corrected. I asked the cashier what is being done for this inconvenience, having drive back here to get my order right. He said I will upgrade you to large fries. If I needed more fries I would have order a large. Did not even offer a drink. The language barrier between women preparing the orders is a concern.

This Burger King is just the place! After shopping in Walmart the smell of their burgers was amazing . The staff were very nice and attended me with kindness, their food was hot and delicious! Would recommend this place to anyone in need of a burger. 😊

This is one of the last remaining Burger Kings in Southern Orange county and the food is excellent as always. The location is pretty small but you always seem to find seating because people tend to just eat and continue shopping so there aren't any people that are just sitting around for nothing. Happy to have a Burger King because they are closing so quick so it's good to have one nearby for the quick whopper fix
Do not waste your time or money. I just went and spent my hard earned money for me to get the worst service. The lead on duty who was a Hispanic lady with blond hair refuse to give me sauce with my nuggets but gave the Hispanic couple sauce before me. She was racist and very rude. They don't even give refills. They are privately owed so i suggest you find a different Burger King, becaus i for one will never eat there again. Food was cold.

They don’t do refills any charge like 4$ a drink, totally a rip off.
Food is mishandled and I have gotten sick twice from eating at this location and the owner not the workers but the owner can't even keep the online ordering working properly. The employees are told not to refill drinks even if you eat in. The is a piece of work too do not eat at this location.
