We ordered a graduation cake for my wife — a milestone moment that meant a lot to our family. We provided a picture and a specific design request to make the celebration truly special. Unfortunately, what we received was the complete opposite of what we asked for.
The cake arrived without the requested photo or design, just a plain, generic cake that looked like no effort had been made. There was no communication, no apology, and no attempt to make things right. It felt like they simply didn’t care — and that lack of care showed in the final product.
To make matters worse, the cake itself was dry, bland, and poorly made. For a place that claims to specialize in custom cakes, this was shockingly low quality. Not only did it ruin the surprise, but it genuinely affected what should have been a joyful and proud moment for our family.
We are incredibly disappointed and will never be ordering from this bakery again. If you’re looking for a business that values its customers and their celebrations, look elsewhere.
0 stars. Worst business. Worst experience. Careless and no respect for customers time or money. Never coming back.
I’ve been looking for middle eastern pastries and this is the best place I have found in Rancho so far. They have a lot of variety and it is reasonably priced.
Very good bakery 😊 we LOVE THE BABA RUM CAKE 🤤😋
Bought some Arabic sweets on Saturday, Mar 16th. When went back home, I found the pieces moldy. Please, see photos and stay away. The sweets are old and you do not want to get food poison.
Delicious! Love their fact that the sweetness does not over power my taste buds. I also have place special orders for my work/events and personal birthday occasion.
I’m home sick in bed watching TikTok’s and the viral Dubai chocolate strawberries keep coming up 😩 too sick to make myself anything and desperate to try them I messaged Caesar’s and they came THROUGH!!! In less than 20 messages I was able to order these for pick up on Super Bowl Sunday, 15 minutes after kick off, and they’re phenomenal! It’s an off menu item but because I’ve been here several times and I know they have amazing middle eastern desserts, I knew they were the people for the job 🥰 so glad I just dm’d them instead of making them myself and probably burning the chocolate lol. Thank you Chef JP!!!!!!
What an amazing place to grab some pastries! I come here every time I’m back in town. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
Wish I could have tried their pastries but this review is solely on business practices. I placed an order for pickup on Uber eats for Christmas day. The shop was open for ordering. I drive 15min to pick up and shop is closed. I then have to call uber eats and they have to then call the shop to confirm it was indeed closed for business. All of that to get a refund when they could have closee the ordering feature on the app to begin with.
I came to try this place, I had seen it reviewed by IE Explorer on tiktok. He said it was heaven. And he wasn't lieing. The pastries were super delicious, not overly sweet, and you can taste all the flavors. This is definitely my Bakalava spot now.

If I can give 0 stars I would when this place 1st opened was good but lately I’m talking about a year ago their sweets changed and I kept on going there and each time I get disappointed and I was like lemme give it a try and go today 1st of all they’re very cheap we’re used to try some items so u can buy new things but not at this 2nd I bought katayef while the lady wrapping them I asked her to leave one out so I can eat it it was disgusting missing sugar the dough is soft and old and I bought osmaliyeh u cut into it it crumbles and the ashta ??♀️ looks and taste like soaked white bread the simple syrup is usually bit thick well this one is watery literally watery add to that the little girl who was working there had the worst attitude save ur money and effort and go somewhere else I don’t recommend this place

The cakes are dry and nasty. Most likely because they sell month old cakes. This location got me sick. Most of the positive reviews are from the owners friends and family.
