Not a big fan of the sauce and cheese inside the burrito, but I'll try it with light sauce sometimes. You can taste the meat flavors better this way.

Good food despite the B rating however pricey for just a shredded beef burrito it was over 20$!

The manager is rude and lacks customer service. He is sarcastic and passive aggressive.

No wonder this location has a B rating.

This was my first and last visit and this location.

Not good. Meat was cold and dry.

My #1 choice for fast food. Very healthy!

This is one of my favorite locations. The general manager has such good energy from the moment you walk through the door till you leave. Their customer service and food is amazing.

Cafe Rio always has great food! Love the sweet pork and house dressing. I would've gave it a 5 star rating but there is a guy there who is very rude and just doesn't want be there. Really made us feel uncomfortable, almost canceled. Thankfully there was another employee who has a positive attitude that saved the day. Didn't get his name, but thank you ?.

Went on a Taco Tuesday. Food was good. Taco meat options were nice. Got the combo/special which included rice, beans and a regular beverage. Staff is friendly and ready to please. Only complaint is that the Agua Fresca beverages are always empty, plus 2 of the fountain flavors were out. Trash receptacles were overflowing and main entry doors were broken. This place will not last long without better management. Food tastes good as is priced right. Need to address/improve the logistics and customer experience.

Parking: Small strip mall with adequate parking.

Kid-friendliness: Casual laid back decor. Typical fast food environment.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps up curbs and double wide doors to enter. Doors were broken on last visit.

Quality of food good. Employees eating while preparing food though. Doesn’t sit right with me and I’m sure is a health code violation.

Okay when I tell you this place was off the chain I mean it .We stayed at a hotel down the road when in town and decided to get Uber eats ...I chose this place because they had Tres Leches...
And it was so wonderful ?perfection...wow all the food was amazing my husband got the double enchilada meal and I got the create your own bowl it was all so fresh and tasted delicious.the cilantro lime rice was so good .the Mexican Corn was delicious it was all amazing .
The way it was packaged for the trip was perfect.i.wish we had one close to our house but we will make a point from.now on to come here when in the area .

This is the 3rd 2nd chance I have given this location in a year. For some reason they are unable to be prepared for the dinner crowd with the complete menu. Prep staff is slow and inattentive to the progress of the orders they feed ito the warming oven.
