How I imagine stepping into a Cuban cafe: I love all the artwork in the cafe, and the aura is welcoming from a family-owned business with passionate owners. Authentic Cuban classic food and coffee. The food was great, and the coffee was even better.
My first visit to this restaurant was exceptional. The food was flavorful, and the Cuban sandwiches were some of the best I had in a long time. Unfortunately, my most recent visit told a very different story. What was once a hearty, flavorful sandwich has now been reduced to what felt like a token gesture of pork. Both sandwiches were flat, nearly meatless, and a shadow of what they used to be.

I'm always out here looking for specific things. So I just leaned across the counter and asked the guy how he cooked his pork. I love a cook that loves food as much as I do without pretense. That being said, I got it back and it didn't look like much but the minute I bit into it, it was perfect.
