When I first walked it , I went to the ATM and tried to retrieve cash from my second savings account. It was denied I went over to speak to someone at the cafe counter to speak to a bank teller and they pointed to wait at the podium. As soon as I walked up to the podium a capital rep opened an office door and asked if I needed help, I respond with a yes. I had asked if I could get help taking cash out from my savings and he said that I have to move it to my checking, then I asked if I could get gas from my second checking he responded with I have to withdraw from the checking my card is attached to. During this time, there was no sense of privacy, the nearest table was too close to the podium and after having my capital one 360 checking account for over 11 years, this was the first time I was getting cash. Not the best experience for me, I suggest you speak to someone in a more private area for your needs or concerns. Also, there should be an overhead sign to where the podium is and more space away from the point of contact to speak to a Capital One representative.

Horrible they are merging with Discover because Costco doesn't accept Discover. Guess I need to find a new bank now.

I often conduct my banking at this Capital One Cafe located in Victoria Gardens. The staff members are notably friendly and provide excellent customer service.

I wonder why Capital one does not make this everywhere, incorporate a Cafe inside their Bank or vice versa. Every employee in thos particular spot are friendly and accomodating. And I am not sure if I can say this but if you use your capita one card for purchase, you get a discount! ( not gonna say how much because it might change) .
Coffee was great too. Of they put a bunch of thee in New York, I honestly believe it would be a hit. New Yorkers are coffee drinkers and they even get coffee from a small deli everday! Now if you can sell a good espresso for a discounted price if you are an account holder, then a lot of people would definitely be opening a bank account just to avail this kind of discount.
The Capital one has a good spot too, near a parking area, high traffic, clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Would definitely recomend this place.

Had the most bizarre experience today!
I walk in and grab a canned cold brew and go to the register, prepared to place my order for food. The cashier just looked at me and then scanned the can. No greeting. I said hello and then asked for a yogurt, which is on the menu. Her reply “ yeah we don’t have that right now”. So then I ask for a ham and cheese croissant. Her reply “we don’t have that either”. So I ask what is available and her response was “whatever pastries you see over there”, pointing to the pre-packaged station that I grabbed the canned beverage from. Mind you, they have a poster with a menu standing up right by the entrance advertising the items I tried to order. I didn’t just assume random things to order. This is in addition to their main menu on the wall with the same items on display.
I prepare to pay with my capital one card and I ask if the item will be 50% off. Her response “no, you don’t get the discount on outside items”. I’m assuming that meant the discount doesn’t apply on anything from the pre-packaged station. So I pull out cash to give her and then her response is “sorry we aren’t taking cash either”. This was the most bizarre experience. Aside from the fact that they didn’t have any of the advertised items, it felt like this lady thought she knew me, as an enemy, from somewhere before. This was my first time in the establishment as a recommendation from a friend.
Clearly I see no reason to return.

Great place to study! The vibes were top tier. We were helped by Kasie with our Matcha and tea. Sometimes all you need is an amazing interaction with an amazing individual and Kasie gave us that! Kasie had an amazing personality and honestly made my day interacting with Kasie. Capital One Cafe hires quality individuals. Now I will be getting my matcha from here every time I come shop. Thanks Kasie. I remember even getting greeted at the door when we walked in :)
Excellent customer service! Shout out to Javier for going above & beyond especially on a Sunday! Truly appreciate all of his help!
I went to use the ATM to deposit checks I couldn’t do a mobile deposit on. Right when I walked in a girl asked me if I needed help. I told her “not yet”. She was so very helpful and nice. Her name is Hailey. When I was done she showed me around the Cafe telling me all they had to offer and offered me a beverage. I was able to accomplish what I went there to do and received a bonus of one of the nicest most helpful people I’ve ever encountered.

The perfect oasis to get away from at all
Wild spot. If you are a capital one customer the food and drinks are just shy of being free. A cool place i visit whenever im in the area.
Hailey was so kind and welcoming! Coffee was delicious
Was skeptical on a Capital One Cafe but was pleasantly surprised. They use Verve and the vanilla latte was delicious. Staff were welcoming, and the place was spacious and clean.
Izzy and Daniel were very welcoming and absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I will be back!!!
