The staff there are so kind and understanding. I started up my first bank account with them, and they were so patient with me since I was litrally confused about it all lol. They made sure everything looked perfect. They also gave me free coffee. The coffee is soooo good guys, like whenever I go to Victoria Gardens mall now,I dont go to starbucks no more, I go here to get coffee instead. And I think the prices are better. I love the energy in the building, I love that you can study there with friends and rent a private room. I have never had a negative experience here honestly.

I love the quality of coffee here but the service has been always bad , baristas are all very cold attitude, they rather chat with each other and instead of say hello or ask how can I help you ! Wish capital one cafe can improve their employees service. They don’t seem happy to work here!

Service completely sucked with completely incompetent people who can Not verify a customer or documentation to where not one but 3 people sent me 45 mins out of my way! To be told the guy on the phone was the highest supervisor there! Fact of the matter they can not verify your identity, just as they can not open an account just as they were completely as stupid as the automated answering prompt? Don't go there whatever you need to do you have to do online! They are just an ATM machine so do not let customer service tell you they can verify you they cant

Just go to this capital one cafe last night when my husband and me are on the way driving back home from Yaamava Casino. It is first time we explore this area of inland empire even though we drive through Inland Empire many times on the free way from Los Angeles to San Bernardino county. We want to take a little break from driving, but just sitting there and drinking coffee for a couple minutes, the worker there ( I guess he is the manager) tell us they are closing cafe at 6 pm. But here on internet, it shows clearly on Monday, their cafe open at 9 am and close at 7 pm. So why they close the cafe one hour earlier yesterday? Very strange! ! !

This place is amazing! I love stopping in here to work from during the week. The staff is friendly, the food is improving, it's just a great place to focus. The music can be a little loud sometimes but it isn't too disruptive.

Great little coffee shop with quality drinks. Barista recommended the spiced cardamom latte and that did not disappoint.Better alternative to Starbucks.

I received a large check that exceeded the $5k deposit limit on the app. After a few rather irritating calls with customer service, I was able to figure out I could drive about 15 minutes to the Capital One Cafe to deposit my check. The Hubby and I walked in and I immediately saw the ATMs. I walked up to one and a banker appeared and asked if I needed help, I told him it was our first time and he stayed to walk me through my transaction… he then invited us to have a couple of free drinks and gave us a tour of the cafe! He was absolutely awesome, his name was Bud,Beau, Brad or something like that… his actual name was much longer but he gave us his nickname… he was fantastic and so were our drinks. I now feel More secure about banking and having a Capital One credit card. People here are always so nice and welcoming.I always like coming here to get coffee even though I get embarrassed that I don't use a Capital One card (maybe one day).Ambiance is very nice and cozy and the surroundings always seem clean. I love how they are able to maintain it.

I have been standing at the counter for several minutes, and there is a lack of available employees to assist with my account investment questions. One employee is on break, another is helping a customer, and one might be on break but has not reappeared after returning. They may want to consider putting up a sign that says "we're on break" or "unavailable" to avoid customers standing around looking confused. Additionally, when I sought the attention of one employee, he waved his hand in a dismissive manner from the community room. No leadership of any sort around. Reporting to coordinate and regional manager for evaluation of rather best practices are currently in play. Another customer is also standing around confused desiring help with his Capitol One account.
