I don’t usually go out of my way to do reviews but this young lady deserves it. Casandra as it said on her sweater was amazing it was really busy it was full inside and drive thru was full as well she managed it all so gracefully . I’m a manager at coffee bean and I know how hectic things get running the floor alone put she did it all with a smile on her face making sure her guests had everything they needed these types of employees are rare as you may know. she made sure I got everything I needed she double checked my order being that it was a really big order and went out of her way to help me she is the reason I will keep coming back to this location she does deserves all the praise

Carls burgars are always the best in my opinion, but the drive through service wait time at the Alta Loma store needs significant improvement. The store is never real busy when Ive gone there, but I always spend more time waiting on my food than I should for a fast food establishment. Usually the servers will apologize for the wait, not this store, the attitude is unapologetic if you ask why it takes so long.

I literally have to stop coming to this Carls JR location on 19th street and Baseline. I haven’t been coming in awhile due to the food is never fresh. Please take pride in your work and start putting the customer first. Carls Jr isn’t cheap when it comes to fast food and the least this location can do is serve fresh food. I don’t mind sitting a little longer for better food. Instead, I have to travel further to a different location on foothill and Rochester and I never have a problem.

Used to be a regular place to visit when we lived close. Doesn't feel the same anymore, a little run down for the area and Amazon lockers in a restaurant....very odd. Food didn't taste or look the same, service was good, not sure why the soda fountain was turned off at 7pm
