Carls burgars are always the best in my opinion, but the drive through service wait time at the Alta Loma store needs significant improvement. The store is never real busy when Ive gone there, but I always spend more time waiting on my food than I should for a fast food establishment. Usually the servers will apologize for the wait, not this store, the attitude is unapologetic if you ask why it takes so long.

I literally have to stop coming to this Carls JR location on 19th street and Baseline. I haven’t been coming in awhile due to the food is never fresh. Please take pride in your work and start putting the customer first. Carls Jr isn’t cheap when it comes to fast food and the least this location can do is serve fresh food. I don’t mind sitting a little longer for better food. Instead, I have to travel further to a different location on foothill and Rochester and I never have a problem.

Used to be a regular place to visit when we lived close. Doesn't feel the same anymore, a little run down for the area and Amazon lockers in a restaurant....very odd. Food didn't taste or look the same, service was good, not sure why the soda fountain was turned off at 7pm

I've been to some awful CJs this wasn't one of them.
I swear everytime I go here, they can't ever get the order right. They always charge you for the right thing. Then younget hoke and it's all wrong. 24.bucks for two burgers and they messed both of them up

Went to their drive through to get a nachos and I asked the lady if they have it she said yes would you like chicken or beef? Went to the window to pay and get my food, she said we don’t have the ingredients for nachos would you like anything else? I asked for a lemonade and she asked me if I want their hand crafted lemonade and I said sure, I saw her pouring a little bit of Minute Maid lemonade over ice and water handed to me and it doesn’t even have any sweetener at all.

Haven't eaten here in a while, I use to love Carl's Jr, especially their Western Bacon Cheeseburger. This place is now overly priced and the WBC I had today wasn't good at all, for one the bacon was raw and the burger didn't taste fresh...?
