Originally, I went there to try out their abondiga ‘s Mexican soup. But they hadn’t formed me when I sat down that they had ran out. Apparently it’s very good and very popular so I chose to get the beef taquito appetizer plate, which was very good. It comes with guacamole. Handmade and sour cream arrived at My table in a timely manner. The facility is very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They have chips and salsa while you eat. Definitely want to go back and try their Mexican meatball soup but apparently you really need to get there early.🤓👍😋

We think this place could be more stars and maybe we had a new waitress. We couldn't get more salsa for our chips, took awhile to get ice tea, then lemons. The mending came out, then 3 other dishes, then one last dish. 2 dishes were not what we ordered and then all the oregano, etc. for the menudo finally came after it was cold. The chilaquiles were cold. Had to ask for butter for the pancakes.
On the positive side, the food we did receive was really tasty even though cold, or the wrong order. Would still try again as prices were decent and the food was good.

I love this place. The food has always been great every time I’ve been here. Service is super friendly and it starts with the owner. She really takes pride in her restaurant. Best Mexican food restaurant hands down!

Nice place for mexican food. It's just as good as other places in the area. I've noticed an up tick in customers there, rightly so.!

🔥 Casa Rubio's 🔥
Alright y’all… let’s talk about Casa Rubio’s real quick. I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up, but WOW… this place slaps. I’m talking fresh flavors, big portions, and some of the best salsa I’ve had in a LONG time. Like… if I could legally marry that salsa, I would 💍🫣🔥
First off, the ingredients are 👌. Nothing tastes frozen or lazy here (looking at you albertos, aibetos, and all the other alliberto rip-offs). You can tell they actually care about what they’re serving. The rice is fluffy, the beans are seasoned just right, and the meat? Juicy and flavorful like they grilled it up just for me. Every bite had me nodding like I just heard a good song 😂🎶
The portions are huge, too. I ordered a plate, thinking I might still be hungry after… nope. That plate fed me and my regrets from the week. They don’t skimp here. And the prices? Honestly, super fair for how much food you get and how good it tastes. You walk out full, happy, and still have a change in your pocket 🙌💸
The staff is super friendly, like genuinely kind and chill. No fake smiles or rushed vibes. They actually checked in to see if I was enjoying my meal and made me feel welcome.
Honestly? This is my new favorite spot. The vibes are good, the food hits different, and it doesn’t break the bank. Whether you’re solo, with friends, or trying to impress someone with good taste in tacos, Casa Rubio’s is the move 💃🌯
📍 If you’re in the area and craving Mexican food that doesn’t mess around, GO. HERE. ASAP.

Me and my kids sat and waited for 15 minutes for a table without anyone acknowledging us.
We will never go there again, or recommend this place to anyone.

Visiting from out of town for an annual soccer tournament and decided to try Casa Rubio’s based on reviews. We made the right choice! Great food, great service, fair prices, free chips/salsa, clean large space for seating, friendly-welcoming staff. Five stars! Hope to return again next year!

We had 30 people in our planned reservation. They seemed to not know how to take and deliver orders in an Organized fashion...instead everyone was running around trying to figure out notch! order was up!
Otherwise food and margaritas are top notch!
