My order has been messed up yet again and this time I was bothered enough to leave a review. I've been coming here for a while and the amount of times they forget my food is crazy. Unfortunately I forgot to check my bag this time and I didn't have much food for my lunch at work. Having to constantly call to get my situation remedied is getting annoying.

I have been living here almost a year now I just seen my first black worker the other day that’s sad diversity should be more inclusive. This is the only Chick-fil-A store where I don’t see Black people working.
I was helped by Jacob on Wednesday afternoon, and he was so kind and helpful! He’s very friendly and patient, with excellent customer service skills. It’s clear that he truly cares about the customer—he made my experience smooth and positive.
