Wilted lettuce, upgraded to large fries and received a regular amount of fries in a larger carton. Don't recommend. Especially for nearly $18 for one person. I could have eaten at a sit down restaurant.

I love Chic-fil-a strips and have eaten them for many years at different locations. This past Saturday was the very first time that I was extremely disappointed with my order. The strips were larger than usual and I could tell why, as soon as I bit into it. I could see they were thickly coated in flour with a different type of seasoning than usual. The taste and smell was different. They seemed like frozen chicken strips that you could buy at the supermarket. Why?I never expected Chic-fil-a to ever deviate from their recipe. Very disappointing.
20 minutes waiting for foodThe potatoes are all brokenThey were asked to clean a soda on the floorWe talked to them 3 times and they only put the one with a wet floor and 10 minutes later one arrived and said it was clean but it left the piglet worse.It's a shame the place had been highly recommended to me and it left me a lot to be desired.
Yesterday I got a mouthful of rotten bacon from my breakfast sandwich! Called the number but they don't have a direct store number. I was trying to alert them so no one gets sick! I have to contact the health department immediately so no one gets sick! I have never had this experience before! I hope I don't get sick from the two bites I had! I'm very Concerned! Update: 24 hours later and haven’t heard from them!

My food was blah at best got a grilled chicken sandwhich combo the bread tasted old and was crumbling. Not the Chick-fil-a am used too. Maybe just a bad day ?
Got a delicious grilled chicken club sandwich and lattice fries. The smiling order taker was sweet and helped us figure out what we'd like. Coming back again.
