Wow! I was really blown away at how attentive our servers were. This was on a Thursday afternoon at the Rancho Cucamonga location. I ordered an extra drink, and barely blinked, and they brought it right to me. So yes, GREAT SERVICE!!

Not all Chili's are created equal. This location service was excellent but the food was below average. It was 630 pm and they ran out of Ribs. The crisper my daughter ordered with Nashville hot sauce appeared dry and didn't taste the same as the other location. The fajitas I ordered also wasn't the same as other locations. The steak was rubbery like it was cooked on the grill to get grill marks then ran through the microwave to finish cooking. Again service was...

Petite steak with green beans and mashed potatoes. We arrived after the lunch rush and before the dinner rush. Service was quick. The table and seats were dirty with crumbs and greasy fingers, but they quickly wiped everything down. Our server was friendly and smiley, which kept me in a good mood. The lady at the next table eyed my food and said she was getting it next time lol I will definitely go back to this Chili's.
