Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went on 9/29/25 and I was very impressed with the cashier and her professionalism. I believe her name was Juliann. She greeted me warmly handled my order quickly and accurately and maintained a positive and friendly attitude throughout the interaction. Just overall impressed with the whole crew 5 star visit.

This store is hands down the best option in Rancho Cucamonga. I’ve never had a bad experience and prefer to drive a little more(I have another location closer to my house) just because I know it’ll always hit! Kudos to the manager Charles for always being friendly and maintaining a great store.

I went here and got the bowl. It was beyond filled with salt. And it was practically just Guacamole in it. Not good. Had to throw it away because of hot salty it was.

I love the team here at Chipotle! Shout out to Charles, Jen and Amanda for always making the service fast and friendly! There’s a chipotle closer to where I work but I chose to come here because of the service. 🤌

The food too cold

Rushed service. Barely listened to my order before piling a mountain salsa onto my bowl

Food was good. Usually don't eat Chipotle because of previous bad experiences. Family wanted this, so we went...not bad.

Recommended dishes: Burrito Bowl

They get 5 stars because they had chicken a hour before closing, where most other locations don't care if they run out... So I was grateful 🥰

Table were dirty clerk did not even say hello, people waking by the sidewalk just enter the premises and use toilet like they were customers, people go in with containers and fill up juices without paying for, food was ok, but service sucks.

Back to tiny portion. Staff is serving like its coming out of their paycheck . Wont be ordering again . Charging almost 13$ for a micro burrito is straight insanity . All u get is basically rice and if you ask for extra they put less than 1/4 spoon doesnt make a difference . There is trash everywhere on the table on the floor trash bin are overfilled its filthy . They give the smallest portion i ever seen at a chipotle AVOID THIS LOCATION. Very disappointed will not be back
