Portioning stinks here. Other Chipotles give way more bang for my buck. Maybe I came on a busy day but I won’t be returning. A single scoop of rice that doesn’t even fill the bottom of my plate from end to end? Lousy scoop of protein(maybe 70% of what I normally get), but then I get overloaded on all the side pieces. I also said light lettuce and dude went heavy. Then the guy didn’t even remember what my plate was 10 seconds later when I’m the only person he helped… weird.

I went in at 9:26 pm before they closed at 10pm the worker on the grill was cleaning the grill already for closing. I wanted Chicken burritos, but they ran out of chicken. I didn't want the other meats because they are almost 2 dollars more. They gave a fit about making more chicken. The manager was a prick n the girl workers all got snotty attitudes. I use to come here since 2017 idk what happened but the service isn't the same. She put so much juice salsa in my burrito that it was soggy when I got home.

This is the worst chipotle I've been to. I ordered a bowl to go and the girl seemed like counted the pieces of protein she put in my bowl and if that's not enough, I asked for hot sauce on the side and she gave me a half a cup and when I asked for more the manager said we charge for extra sauce. I don't put the hot sauce or pico de gallo on the bowl because by the time I take it home everything gets soggy. Needless to say I won't be going to chipotle anymore. They act like they wanna take the food home that's why they don't want to give you a good portion.
