The lady Manager that was here today when we came in at 12ish was extremely rude, not just to us but we witnessed it with other customers as well...Prices aren't cheap at these locations so It would be nice if we got the service we pay for. It's not what you say it's how you say it.... Children were asking why she was talking to the adults like that.. Also if the Trampoline zone is not there for the kids to play there should be a sign stating that it's extra money and that you need socks which you can get at the front. Not just going around screaming at the parents like a maniac...I hope she learns customer service around children....

This place is always a good experience, I used to bring my kids and now it's my grandchildren's turn. The food is okay, the games are fun, I like the secure feeling that there is someone that guards the exit to make sure the kids don't wonder. I love the quiet times for Autistic people.The reason we don't come more often is the cost since it has gone way up.

I remember going to Chuck E Cheese as a kid and playing in the ball pit.. now they have trampolines instead! My daughter loved it! You can count on spending $100 easy tho. It was Me, My Mom, and my daughter..and we all ate and had a good time. Although, the salad bar could have been better. Most of the games were working, just a few out of order. Chuck E comes out once an hour to do a dance with the kids.. I love seeing my 4 yr old excited, and she was.Over all I think John's Incredible Pizza is better priced, they just don't have the trampolines. Fun either way!

Was horrible my 5yrs old was in the jumping pit... A worker started to fight with a woman n knock kids over... I go to get my money back and the lady Leslie says just because my daughter wasn't seriously injured I don't get my money back... I spent 185 for a horrible time and my baby was scared...

Today at one o'clock in the afternoon, I took my child and went to this place, but unfortunately, the place is empty of customers because there is a carpenter who has no talents for this monument. The place is full of empty boxes on the ground, and there is empty plastic on the ground, and the smell of the place is not clean, and the bathrooms are expensive due to tissues, and I called in The company headquarters last month, but the company does not direct the complaint to the official until the situation is addressed, and today the treatment is very bad. I do not advise anyone to go to this place.

The food is decent but the bathroom s are disgusting I would rather go outside than have to use there's. But overall stuff is decent and atmosphere is what's to be expected with a bunch if unsupervised kids running around.
