Celebrated my mom’s birthday this past weekend and ordered the fiesta pack #2 which feeds 25 people. We had 20 guests at the party and had plenty of left overs the following day. The food was so good, chicken moist, rice was flavorful, and everyone thought the potato salad was the best they ever had. 😋👍🏼
