My husband and I actually got food poisoning after having ice cream here! Terrible because we used to like cold stone!

Lazy red braid hair worker didn't want to mix the toppings, I threw the WHOLE thing away it was so gross & $10 a scoop, completely melting, not mixed/sloppy, gross.

This place used to be a gem — now it's a complete disappointment.

Under what appears to be terrible management, it has spiraled downhill fast. The store is consistently filthy: grimy floors, smudged glass, and a ceiling return vent caked in dust like it’s trying to grow its own ecosystem.

Maintenance? Forget it. The front door has been broken for months, and instead of actually fixing the broken AC, they slapped in two mini-split units clearly not designed to handle the constant foot traffic of a busy ice cream shop.

I’ve been patient. I’ve looked the other way. But now, to top it off, they’ve stopped mixing kids’ size ice creams on the ColdStone — literally the one thing that makes this place what it is.

When I politely asked why, the manager (who was shockingly rude) told me, “They don’t have to.”
Excuse me? That’s the whole concept.

This place has lost its charm, its quality, and clearly its customer focus. I won’t be back.

We walked in, the lady and guy there didn’t acknowledge us whatsoever and kept staring at us as if offended at the mere thought of having to do their jobs. I asked if they had sugar cones, they said yes, then proceeded to show me a cake cone (if you’re working an ice cream shop, how do you not know the difference?) After serving the first ice cream, the guy says “what else?”, we proceeded to order ice cream for the rest of the family. Instead of handing us the ice cream as he was serving it, he looked around for some place to put the cones not caring that it was actively melting (why not just hand it to us? Do you really think we’re going to run out the store with the cones?) He also put the wrong topping (asked for roasted almonds, put regular ones on there). The ice cream itself was the most “meh” thing on this planet - absolutely not worth the price. And the waffle cone was not made properly! It was not whatsoever crunchy- it felt like biting into a tortilla instead of a cone. The two workers didn’t even say have a nice day or anything when we left, zero hospitality. Absolutely NOT. They should not be working a customer service job.

When we walked into the store, which was empty by the way, neither of the two workers greeted us & instead rudely stared at us before walking off to do who knows what without even acknowledging us. We would’ve walked off without buying anything but we had unfortunately placed an order for pick up. And when we proceeded to ask about our order, I don’t think the worker could have looked more annoyed even if he tried. Definitely recommend to try any other place besides this one if you’re ever at Victoria Gardens.

I just brought my daughter to eat an ice cream at 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon and it is closed and the girl tells me that it is closed and they do not know what time it will open

In my opinion, don't bother. Very overpriced for what you get in my opinion.

The worst of the worst
From staff to costumer service to the humidity in the store to dirty the floor is everything in general .

The stone today wasn’t working and we ordered some strawberry and she put it the way it is without cutting, so I asked why don’t you cut it she said the stone is not working There’s absolutely no common sense she could’ve easily cut the strawberry with a knife, but I guess they are too lazy to even do that while the sun is not working, which is the major thing in their store.

The staff, our kids and they give faces every time you ask for something or criticize something.

Worst service ever! They messed up my order and were so rude! They messed up my order as i ordered a like it and they gave me a love it and then they were so frustrated although it was there mistake! I am not coming in again! The guy with blonde and black hair said he doesn’t have cones when they are right there in the box but he did not want to sell them to me
and was rude to me when i stated tgat the sizes were off

We went in tonight for some ice cream and we were very impressed with Solomon! He gave us our ice cream with a nice little performance as well! That guy can flip some ice cream real high and catch it in the cup effortlessly! We even saw some more people coming in for ice cream because they saw him doing tricks through the window. Service was great and the ice cream did not disappoint!

I changed my mind of making it from a like it to a love it size, the guy tried being slick instead of making it into a love it he put the like it cup inside the love it so he wouldn’t have to make it

We love Cold Stone Creamery, though it’s been forever since we’ve been there. We’ve never had ice cream delivered, but decided too for the first time. I’m allergic to all nuts, so in the notes with all CAPS I said ‘No Pecans,’ since Founder’s Favorite includes them. Not only did they mix pecans in my icecream, but they forgot my whip cream I paid for. Last but not least, I ordered a Love It for my husband and I, he got a Like It. I’m sure it was an honest mistake, but it’s important to read customers instructions due to serious health concerns and make sure they get what they paid for. I called twice, hoping to hear back from the manager.

Went to coldstone with my grandmother and was waiting to be attended and was completely overlooked by Nick. As soon as a girl that seemed to be his friend walked in he immediately acknowledged her and her family but continued to fail to acknowledge us. Stood there until someone else noticed what he did. So rude and not sure if was a race thing but Nick should not be working here if can’t seem to treat people equally.
