Alyssa S. at the register (Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga, CA) has by far the most horrible customer service experience I have encountered. I asked her to clean my table where we wanted to sit since most tables for party os four looked dirty. She refused to do it. She came and brought our food, and she placed the food over all the crumbs that were on our table, so asked again if she can please clean our table. She said she would come right back, but instead, she went to start helping other people. I finally got up and asked her if she can give me a wet cloth so that I can clean the table myself, she still refuses to assist stating she couldn't give it to me. There was a gentleman working near the kitchen area that witnessed what she was doing so he immediately offered to clean our table. Alyssa S. never bothered to come and say anything. I never tip a place until I am done with my food for these exact reasons, I want to know first how you are going to give service. Then my family and I thought, maybe because when I paid as I placed my order, I did not do the tip there. I had been to The Corner Bakery at another location a few times with my friends, and we like to leave the tip at the end on the table so not sure if that's what triggered her bad services. The food was good but since the service was terrible, there's no way I will go back.

Small portion. We each have ad a breakfast bowl. We both thought it lacked flavor. When they brought it to the table the server/runner drops my toast and butter on the table. Never offered to replace it. We also ordered large hot lattes. My husband ordered a tiramisu flavor. Mine with almond milk. Came back and told us they were out of tiramisu flavor. He settled on a different flavor. He got a medium iced latte. They had to remake my coffee as they used regular milk. Restaurant could use some TLC. Will not return to that Corner Bakery again at Victoria Gardens. Hope they’re not all like that!!

Everything was good, just check your to go orders, they didn’t give me my breakfast potatoes. I don’t understand how places keep messing up orders.
I went to this restaurant because it used to be fine. But now it has a "B" rating hanging on the inner glass, facing the public. My friends I meet there would not eat there, and relayed the infractions they were written up for. Pretty nasty. We left and won't go back until their rating is up to "A".
