I'm giving a one star because immediately when you walk in no hello and they look at you like what do you want. Also was given the wrong order that I ordered at the counter. The cookies are typically very good but the service is garbage.

Went to buy a box of cookies and there was no customer service help at all and about 10 people waiting in line, while the lady behind the counter had a long face and didn’t acknowledge us and seemed upset so I walked out with several others.
