I went in to the bakery after searching for the perfect place to get my fiancé a custom birthday cake at the end of August for an October surprise birthday. 6 weeks in advance. Upon arrival I waited about 10 minutes before I was greeted or asked if I needed assistance. Nevertheless, I presented a picture and described in detail exactly what I wanted. When they asked for the name going on the cake and learned my fiancé was a female, I was told, “oh goodness, we are going to be booked and not able to make it” I can provide you our a referral to another bakery. I politely declined, and left to search for another bakery on my own feeling my business was not accepted. Fast forward to January 2024. Our wedding venue, Vellano Estates by Wedgewood Weddings, provided this bakery as a vendor. So, we decided to we still booked a cake tasting appointment. Upon arrival, the lady stated, oh, you look familiar, were you just at the event a couple weeks ago held by Wedgewood?, I replied, no ma’am, however came to this establishment seeking services and I was declined. She apologized and stated oh, we only do custom cakes for 50 guests or more that was probably why they referred you elsewhere. I replied, well my request was for 50 or more and based on the cakes you had on display, my cake request was much more larger than a few of these cakes. As we continued with the appointment, the atmosphere felt very tensed. Finally, she realized we paid for the elite package at the venue, she desperately tried to obtain our business. Yes, we were paying top dollar. After the appointment was completed, I was given a week to call back to move forward with their services. I did not call nor did I received call to follow-up.I will never refer or use this establishment. Simply based off of their customer service

We ordered our wedding cake here through Christmas House. What an amazingly beautiful and delicious cake!! Can’t wait to order other cakes from here in the future!

correct me if i am wrong… i don’t see anything on the website or the instagram stating that they need a minimum of 1-2 weeks for a cake… anyways, walked in to ask about getting one made, got turned down before i could even describe what i needed. apparently they need up to two weeks to get cakes made. wasn’t really a great experience. especially since i only needed a small cake.

Wonderful experience, could not be happier with how our wedding cake tasting went!! The cake choices are delicious and the staff was warm and friendly.

Our wedding cake was gorgeous. Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious it was. We ordered a 3 tiered cake with almond champagne, pumpkin spice, and citrus as our flavors. The cake was moist, tasty, and beautifully decorated. We could have gone with the preferred vendor at our venue but their cakes didn’t compare to Cucamonga Cakery’s.

My wife and I got our wedding cake here and they did a amazing job to bad I didn’t get a picture cause we ate it lol but they did a superb job and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a amazing cake or cupcakes ad a fair price made by hand. They have so many flavors to try and the experience all together was once in a lifetime feeling. Thank you for the memorable experience!

We were so happy with our wedding cake from Ilene!! We ordered the fan favorite Snickerdoodle with Cream cheese for 2 layers, and a Pink Champagne with Strawberry Mousse for the middle cake layer. The cake was amazing!! It tasted so good and looked just like we wanted. The whole process was so easy from trying samples to them delivering it to the venue. Definitely would get a cake from them for any occasion again.

Great wedding cakes! Highly recommend, can’t wait to buy mother cake for my wedding anniversary ??

This weekend they ruined my sisters wedding, they had 3 years to make sure that they baked my sisters cake for Oct 2nd. The venue in Corona The Retreat put full blame on the bakery for not baking my sisters cake. My sister was not able to take the classic wedding cake photos because they failed to make the cake. Avoid if you have an important once in a life time event. Do not use the bakery if you have a wedding not reliable

Couldn't have asked for a better company to work with for our wedding!! The cake and cupcakes were absolutely delicious! Everyone was raving about how creative and cute the cake and cupcakes were! Loved working with a vendor that was LGBTQ friendly as well. The inside of our cake was rainbow which was amazing as well! Highly recommend Cucamonga Cakery to anyone and everyone!!
