try asking for the restroom, i have more than 5 different times

Today 1/26 I paid a visit to Dairy Queen in Rancho Cucamonga located on Baseline. We came in around 4:30 pm the store was empty so we proceeded to place our order. (1 med dip cone and 1 med vanilla cone) Then another customer came and they too place an order. (1cherry dip cone). What was disturbing was the fact the server served the gentleman after us first. I'm praying that it wasn't a racial move because they were of the same nationality. This must not be tolerated.

Buying a cake from Rancho Dairy Queen was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. They greeted me with warm smiles and were eager to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Everyone was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the different ice cream cake options, helping me customize the perfect one for my occasion.

The cleanliness of the store stood out right away. The counters, floors, and display cases were spotless, and everything looked well-organized and inviting. It’s clear that the team takes pride in maintaining a neat and professional environment, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable and reassuring.

When I finally picked up my cake, it looked amazing—beautifully decorated, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. The staff even double-checked to make sure everything was perfect before handing it over. Overall, the experience was smooth, cheerful, and exceeded expectations. Rancho Dairy Queen truly delivers great customer service and quality, making it a place I’ll definitely return to for future celebrations.

Good service and good products, the only thing it’s the seating, after Covid they never bring it back, in days like today that’s high 90s it’s no pleasant to be outside at this time of the day. ☹️

Let me start this review by saying the staff was exceptionally courteous. Even on a busy Sunday night I was greeted and had my order taken promptly. The cashier recommended an orange cream shake based on what I said I was in the mood for and it was spot on. Super delicious 🙌.

I’ve been to many Dairy Queens and this is the first I felt the need to write a review for. I love seeing staff with passion that go above and beyond. I especially appreciate their effort given they are likely making minimum wage. I had a genuinely good experience that even sit-down restaurants can struggle to replicate, let alone an ice cream shop. 10/10

DO NOT TO GO THIS LOCATION EXPECTING FREE ICE CREAM! The ad going around online shows all these unavailable flavors and this location is privately owned they are charging $1.00 for a regular vanilla cone. Extra charge if you want it dipped and they will only use Cherry or Chocolate......👎🤬 NOT signs on the windows or doors with any info about it.
They are taking advantage of customers who have waited expecting free ice cream with kids so by the time tou get to the register, most people are just paying and settling. That's shady bad business and a bad look for Dairy Queen

This location gets crazy busy most nights and these guys are always on top of everything. Head down and get things done. It’s very impressive and very much appreciated!

Dairy Queen is my son’s favorite ice-cream. It was our first time at this location and i liked how clean it was and smelled. Staff were friendly and our ice-cream came out fast and it was delicious. It was my first time trying the moo coffee shake and it was the best!

The food was good. The service was okay. The floors were dirty. It was busy there. Uh, price was little expensive there. They don't have enough room to sit inside. There is enough parking place there. The neighborhood is good. They need more room inside. ?

Wheelchair accessibility: They do not have a walk in handicap door.

I visited Dairy Queen and had a fantastic experience. The place is clean and tidy, which made the visit even more pleasant. The customer service was excellent; the staff was friendly and attentive.
Their cakes are really good, and the Blizzards are especially refreshing, particularly during the summer heat. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
