Made me use a confusing kiosk that takes a long time and doesn’t even let you make custom orders such as making onions grilled. Horrible hate this automated kiosk waste of time

This may sound like a lie, but it's not.. while eating my burrito, I bit into what I thought was just a piece of bone. Turns out it was a piece of glass. Yes you saw that right, it was a piece of glass mixed in with the beans. Lucky for me I didn't swallow it. It was pointless to go back because they wouldn't have believed me. This is just a warning to stay vigilant. Don't know and don't care how it got in there, but it was.

Del Taco in Rancho Cucamonga very clean. Food is good as I remembered from long ago when we lived near a Del Taco in L. I also love their weekly coupons!

The lady at the window today must of not been in the mood to work because I asked for a large drink instead and to change out the medium that I would pay the difference lol she said she can’t do it, the thing is she didn’t want to do it so go to the Del Taco on Haven also if your trying to get good guacamole go to Haven , they stuff is watered down their guacamole has no flavor.. This deltaco sucks

This Del Taco SUCKS. They have gotten our order wrong every single time we have gone here. At this point it almost seems intentional like they're trying to swindle people. They leave out multiple items or swap them for cheaper items. For example most recently they gave us beef snack tacos instead of chicken soft tacos. And their burritos suck, they put barely any sauce at all. Del Tacos used to be so good but they are going downhill fast.
As far as reaching out on deltaco.com, I have done that in the past with no response and nothing resolved so I will not be wasting my time.

Atrocious customer service. We had trouble customizing food with the kiosk and difficulties in using gift cards. We stood in line to get help. The manager (?) simply dismissed us by telling us that everything is “handled with the kiosk,” not caring what questions we may have had. I told her that we couldn’t use it since it wouldn’t let us use gift cards. She quickly told us to press “use cash” and returned to what was apparently more important than assisting customers. She was too busy doing other things when it came to actually paying and accidentally kept our gift card rather than returning it after (finally) helping us out. Had to ask for it back and didn’t even get eye contact when she gave it back or acknowledgment of having made the mistake of keeping it. We absolutely will not return to this location, we will recommend that others avoid this location, and if service is comparable in other Del Tacos, we will also avoid the chain altogether.

Who doesn't like del Taco. Fries are always hot Alta Norco del Taco never forget to ask for any saucer ketchup because apparently it's more expensive than gold.
Literally cold bean and cheese bold burritos that were not even wrapped properly soggy fries when their crinkle cuts are the best ... legit one of my favorite fast good spots but this location had been going down hill since last year honestly it sucks cause this one's closest to home.

Never have issues with customer service here but the food is becoming inedible for me.. there is too much salt in your foods.. I get different types burritos and tacos and the salt is usually very overpowering, sometimes I can barely finish my meal… please get your salt quantities in check!

Absolutely, hands down the worst fast food in Rancho Cucamonga. The fries were soggy with the grease through and through, and for what they charged me for, the burritos should be a crime. False advertising with a twist of robbery. Do yourself a favor and go to Taco Bell. Cold deli meat sold as steak and chicken.
