Walked a mile to get my kids some food at 7pm and they had all the doors closed the lady comes up to me sees me with my kids in there stroller and tells me to go through drive thru with my kids In the stroller I said lady if my kids get hit by a car are you gonna feel guilty like the nerve of these people she went to the door she could have let me order and leave its not a good look when you lock and close your doors during business hours

Extremely disappointed with the food quality I received tonight. Fries were not just cold but stale, meat was fresh but the buns were hard, and the Coke I received was flat. I wasn’t aware that 1 hour before closing; employees aren’t able to service their customers with fresh food. After noticing all the bad reviews lately, maybe corporate needs to reevaluate this store.

Your employee Fatima has to have the worst attitude, smiling in our face because our order was made wrong and SHE gets annoyed. I understand things can be miscommunicated, but bro to smile in my face with an annoyed look and rushing our food out zero eye contact in some passive aggressive manner so we can get out of her line is crazy 😂 Bad attitude, tell her to either grow up or find another job where she won’t get annoyed at miscommunication getting in the way. Food was good tho :)

Just got my order and the burritos was super small and only had three shrimps each!!!
and I didn’t even get the sauce I asked for and when I said something the lady just said that’s how it comes! Horrible customer service! I won’t be coming back to this location ever and I will let others know as well! I’d give zero stars if I could!

Never fails never open when they say they are hours are BS I'm sitting there at 6:45 in the morning at the speaker for 2 minutes with silence drive up to the window the Hispanic gentleman at the register is ignoring me acting like he doesn't see me trash business the Del Taco on Carnelian is way better more professional

I visited this location often and the people are always nice and the food is always good the drive-thru Lane runs fast and I have no complaints.
The service was great, but the food wasn't. Stingy on the chicken nachos, and when I did get the chicken, it was way too salty.

This is the best location in the inland empire. The food is always delicious and fresh. The tacos are always fully stuffed, hot, and fresh. The fries are the best here, they have the golden brown crisp unlike other locations that undercook them. The beans have the flavor of a proper slow cook. The staff is always very fast and super friendly both in the drive thru and dining room which is always clean and stocked up with condiments. The soda tastes great here also especially the Dr pepper. I drive past other locations in the area to eat at this one. Keep up the great work. Thank you Del Taco see you next time! ?
